Risk Analysis Of Chemical Terminal Operation In Zhapu Port Area Of Jiaxing Port

This article studies the operational risks of chemical terminals in the Zhapu Port Area of Jiaxing Port.The goods loaded and unloaded at the chemical terminal are flammable and explosive.Once leakage causes accidents such as fires and explosions,it will bring incalculable losses to people’s lives,property,and environment.Therefore,in the production process,it is necessary to promptly identify potential safety hazards and take corresponding preventive measures to ensure the safe operation of the production system.Therefore,this article identifies the risks during the berthing,loading and unloading,and storage and transportation stages of ships,and establishes risk prevention measures to reduce the operational risks of the terminal.This article combines the DEMATEL method and ISM method to identify and calculate the risk influencing factors of chemical terminal operations in the Zhapu Port Area of Jiaxing Port.The main research content is as follows:(1)Based on the characteristics of chemical terminal operations in the Zhapu Port Area of Jiaxing Port,literature analysis,field research,and questionnaire survey methods are used to identify the risk influencing factors of chemical terminal operations in the Zhapu Port Area of Jiaxing Port,and the relevant risk influencing factors studied in this article are preliminarily determined.(2)The reliability and validity of the questionnaire survey data were tested using SPSS software to determine the effectiveness of risk factors for chemical terminal operations in the Zhapu Port Area of Jiaxing Port.After analysis,22 factors were ultimately determined.(3)Establish a DEMATEL-ISM model to analyze the importance of risk factors for chemical terminal operations in the Zhapu Port Area of Jiaxing Port,and analyze the attribute and correlation relationship of the factors.(4)Based on the results of the DEMATEL-ISM model analysis,risk prevention measures are proposed for 10 key factors involved in the 6 major aspects of risk factors,in order to reduce the probability of accidents occurring at the chemical terminal in the Zhapu Port Area of Jiaxing Port and effectively improve the level of operational risk management.
