| In recent years,international trade is growing,the water transport industry is developing rapidly,the traffic flow of ships in the bridge area continues to increase,the traffic flow conditions are becoming increasingly complex,the navigation safety accidents of ships in the bridge area occur frequently,for ships,bridges caused damage at the same time,but also caused environmental pollution,casualties and other bad consequences,and brought huge economic losses.Therefore,it is important to study the navigational risks in the bridge area.There are many factors affecting the safety of ship navigation in the bridge area,and the risk level and evaluation criteria of each factor in the conventional risk evaluation methods are vague and uncertain,therefore,the traditional observation data based on the traffic condition in the bridge area cannot make accurate evaluation for the risk of ship navigation.In order to better study the bridge area ship navigation risk,the bridge area traffic flow characteristics obtained after processing the AIS data are used to evaluate the bridge area navigation risk based on the AIS data,which makes up for the shortage of traditional bridge area ship observation data.In addition,the traffic flow characteristics are not the same for different bridge areas with different ship navigational environments.Using the ship AIS data of different bridge areas to conduct comparative analysis and research on the traffic flow characteristics of typical bridge areas,to understand the ship navigational laws of bridge areas,provides the basis for the evaluation of ship navigational risk probability.In this paper,we firstly introduce the basic knowledge and methods,and conduct statistics and analysis on the ship AIS data of two typical bridge areas in Zhoushan(Jintang Bridge Bridge Bridge Area and Xihoumen Bridge Bridge Area)to obtain the distribution law of ship traffic flow in the bridge areas,so as to provide effective support for the study of ship navigation risk in the bridge areas.Then,IWRAP was selected as the bridge area ship navigation collision risk evaluation model through model comparison,and optimized to make up for the shortcomings of the model.The bridge area ship navigational collision risk is divided into three scenarios: encounter,overtaking and grounding and calculated separately to obtain two typical bridge area ship navigational risk levels,and effective analysis is carried out to conclude that bridge area ship navigational risk is related to various elements such as bridge area channel width,ship traffic volume and ship speed.Finally,based on the navigational risk results,effective suggestions for the navigational safety of vessels in typical bridge areas are proposed,including maritime safety supervision and management,improvement of navigation aids in bridge areas and enhancement of vessel monitoring and warning systems.The study is of great significance for improving the safe navigation of ships in busy waters. |
