In response to the synergistic development and comprehensive application of the GNSS system with Bei Dou satellite navigation system as the core,the project of "Chengdu New Airport Cross Runway Control Operation Strategy Research",undertaken by the mentor group,focuses on the multi-runway operation risk of Chengdu Tianfu International Airport under the high-precision navigation conditions provided by dual-frequency multi-constellation,to ensure that the multi-runway operation risk of the new airport meets the safety target level.In this paper,we focus on the multi-runway operation risk of Chengdu Tianfu International Airport to ensure that the multi-runway operation risk meets the safety target level.Firstly,this paper selects the combined navigation positioning solution method based on pseudorange combination,and performs positioning solution and accuracy analysis for BDS/GPS combined navigation,introduces satellite clock difference into the pseudorange formula of the receiving equipment,then Taylor expansion of the pseudorange function,constructs the design matrix and state estimation vector,and determines the weight values of using altitude angle model within the system and using combined weights and weighted least squares between systems.Secondly,based on the Reich model,the collision risk model for approach and departure phases is constructed by mainly considering the main collision risk influencing factors such as navigation accuracy,aircraft wake and flight technology errors,and the multi-runway operational collision risk calculation is carried out for Chengdu Tianfu International Airport.Finally,the correlation between parallel runway and cross runway is analyzed for the cross runway configuration of Chengdu Tianfu International Airport,and the solution of Arrival Departure Window(ADW)is proposed to control the multi-runway operation risk for the possible conflict between the aircraft resuming flight on the parallel runway and the aircraft departing on the cross runway.The measured BDS and GPS satellite navigation data verify that the algorithm adopted in this paper can effectively improve the navigation accuracy.The collision risk under the dualfrequency multi-constellation satellite navigation condition meets the target safety level required by the International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO)and the Civil Aviation Administration of China(CAAC).Based on the collision risk model,the arrival and departure window(ADW)is derived to effectively control the control load and operational risk of multiple runways by combining the characteristics of relative position changes between aircraft on cross runways.
