Application Research Of J Plant Equipment Management Optimization Based On ERP

With the arrival of a new round of technological revolution and industrial revolution,digital technologies such as the Internet,big data,and artificial intelligence are leading and driving traditional industries towards high-end,green,and digital upgrading.The country has clearly proposed in the "14th Five Year Plan" to deeply implement intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing engineering,promote high-end,intelligent,and green manufacturing in the manufacturing industry,and achieve significant development in the construction of information technology in the chemical industry after the 13th Five Year Plan,To achieve long-term development and survival in the incentivized market competition,enterprises must have advanced production equipment and good management skills while improving their economic benefits and facing severe challenges,so as to achieve the full lifecycle and maximum efficiency of equipment usage.Since the outbreak of the COVID-19,digital technology represented by big data,artificial intelligence,cloud computing,and mobile Internet has played an important role in the prevention and control of the epidemic.This is not only the result of the epidemic forcing the acceleration of digital and intelligent transformation,but also represents the new productivity and new development direction in the future.This article comprehensively introduces the equipment management optimization application of J Plant of Ningxia Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.under the ERP system of National Energy Group.Firstly,a systematic introduction was given to the current research status of ERP both domestically and internationally,as well as the relevant concepts and theoretical foundations of ERP.An analysis was conducted on the current equipment management status of Factory J,as well as the current use of ERP in Factory J.The selection of evaluation methods for J plant equipment management was carried out,and the weights of equipment management indicators were determined using the Analytic Hierarchy Process.At the same time,a mathematical model for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of J plant equipment management optimization was established.The comprehensive evaluation of J plant equipment asset management,production operation,equipment foundation management,and financial management was conducted.Finally,the guarantee measures for J plant equipment management optimization application under the ERP system were analyzed,achieving the combination of theory and practice.
