| In the context of global energy conservation and emission reduction,the number of extra-high voltage engineering construction in China is increasing year by year.In the process of power engineering construction,the most important thing is to control all kinds of risks in construction.At present,China’s power engineering is facing a complex external environment and diversified construction contents.In this process,it is not only necessary to establish corresponding risk response and control strategies,but also to establish corresponding control mechanisms.Currently,engineering managers focus on how to clearly identify the key factors of risk affecting the safety of the power grid construction process,and to control,cope with or avoid,etc.,and combine the actual situation to develop a reasonable safety risk control strategy that meets the characteristics of the project.Since UHV transmission line project is a very high risk level and complex risk situation in UHV construction,this paper is based on the actual situation of UHV infrastructure construction project and selects Zhumadian-Wuhan UHV AC project(4th standard),i.e."ZW UHV AC transmission line project",as a research sample for study.Combined with requirements of ZW UHV AC transmission line project on the construction safety risk management of electric power engineering,a risk key factor system of Z W UHV AC transmission line project is constructed,risk assessment of ZW UHV AC transmission line project is proposed,engineering risk control strategy is designed according to the risk level,and feasible measures for risk management control are proposed.so as to provide a clearer working idea and reasonable risk management for UHV AC transmission line project to ensure the orderly development of such power engineering construction.In the research process,the risk factors of ZW UHV AC transmission line project are identified,evaluated and studied by combining the three processes that must be carried out for risk management.Through the use of fuzzy evaluation method to assess the risks,the focus of risk management in the process of extra-high voltage grid construction is derived,thus combining the characteristics of the extra-high voltage project itself,the key risk factors identified from internal,external,man-made and non-man-made aspects are proposed to carry out construction safety risk control strategies at different levels,and the risk response strategies and detailed measures for extra-high voltage projects are formulated.This is an improvement to the previous method of risk identification by listing risks without quantifying the risk level,to identify risks from different perspectives according to the assessment results,especially in this part of the risk identification of EHV transimssion line projects,to provide a new management idea to better establish targeted risk management initiatives. |
