Leshan?Meishan as the economically developed areas except Chengdu and Chongqing inSichuan Basin, this area has the characteristics of using natural gas early, having high levelcity life,a large number of industiral or enterpirses and having the strong prices bear ability ofnatural gas.In recent years,the government of the Leshan,Meishan area was used to adjustthe industrial layout, the natural gas market will increased in the ifiture,but the existing gasifeld and pipeline in these area can not meet the need of the future development of the market,the new pipeline must established to meet the supply demand in the future market.In this paper,through the comprehensive and detailed market research,the resourcessituation and the market situation of Leshan and Meishan is analyzed,the future marketdemand for gas predicted, and at last the irsk of resources is analyzed.Through the analysisof adaptability of existing network and the supply and demand balance in the future market,wetwo kinds of reasonably gas distirbution scheme are put forward,atfer scheme compairson,the best scheme is select, and the quantity and pressure of pipeline determined. According tothe actual terrain and the local conditions of Leshan and Meishan area,seven sections isdivided for local scheme compairson,the best route strike scheme is selected;Second,thePIPELINE STUDIO of British company ESI is adopted to simulate the Operating conditionsof new network,atfer the scheme compairson to determine the basic parameters of gaspipeline.the gas storage capacity of the end of the pipeline are calculated; According to theprinciple of selection of pipe line, On the basis of strength calculation, the grade of tube typeand steel category is conifrmed, strength and stability check are carired outcorrespondingly.According to the national standard for anticorrosion of pipeline corrosion,anticorrosion layer is the main protection measures, and combined with cathodic protection.Finally,the project strictly follow the station standardized design process, combining with thecharacteristics of the project and functional requirements.the layout of the station, the layoutof the station ifeld is confirmed, the station field cratf is designed, and main equipments inthe station is chosed out.
