Deep inclined broken orebody are restricted by the double hard mining conditions of high stress in the deep and broken surrounding rocks,which makes the mining pressure problem prominent in the mining process.If the traditional mining technology is adopted,it will inevitably cause the loss and depletion of resources,and there is also the risk of sudden disasters in the stope,which means that the traditional mining technology can no longer meet the safety and production requirements of this type of ore body.Therefore,in order to control the loss and dilution of mine resources within a reasonable range,and improve mine production efficiency and resource recovery,there is an urgent need to carry out research on the optimization of mining technology and structural parameters of deep broken orebodies.Based on the deep inclined broken orebody of Xincheng Gold Mine,this paper adopts a combination of field investigation,laboratory experiments,numerical calculations,theoretical analysis and field test to develop a safe and efficient mining technology for the deep inclined broken orebody of Xincheng Gold Mine.The specific research work is as follows:(1)Carry out laboratory rock mechanics tests and on-site investigation of rock mass structural characteristics,and obtain basic mechanical parameters of the deep broken ore rock mass of Xincheng Gold Mine to provide data support for the development of numerical calculation and theoretical analysis.Based on the RMR classification method,the quality classification and stability evaluation of deep broken rock masses were studied,and the stope limit span index of deep broken ore masses of Xincheng Gold Mine was obtained.(2)According to the mining technical conditions of deep inclined broken orebody,the corresponding mining method of deep inclined broken orebody is put forward by comprehensively considering the production capacity of stope,operation safety degree,orebody adaptation degree,loss and dilution index.Then determine the mining technology for each method and compare the advantages and disadvantages of each mining process.(3)Based on the unascertained measurement theory,consider indicators such as panel production capacity,explosive consumption,ore loss rate.ore depletion rate,kilotonne cut-to-cut ratio,filling cycle management,ore body adaptability,and operational safety.,Establish an evaluation index system and evaluation model for mining schemes,calculate the superiority of different schemes,and then select the optimal mining scheme.(4)Carry out research on the mining structure parameter optimization of deep inclined broken orebody,analyze the stress field,displacement field and plastic zone in the mining process of different schemes,taking the size of stress relaxation zone,displacement magnitude and volume of plastic zone as evaluation indicators,comprehensive analysis,and finally determine the optimal stope structure parameters.(5)According to the previous theoretical and experimental research results,carry out on-site industrial tests,complete specific plans of the mining technology,monitor and analyze the stability of surrounding rocks after mining,and calculate the economic and technical indicators of the on-site industrial tests.
