| The gently inclined thick large ore body in Maluping mine mainly occurs in the large-scale phosphorus deposit 500 m underground,and the surrounding rocks of the top and bottom are dolomite and red shale respectively.Taking the mining method selection and stope structure parameter optimization of gently inclined thick large orebody as the objective,according to the actual investigation and collected mine geological data,the ore rock samples are drilled from the mine.Through the research on the mining of Maluping Mine,the following results are obtained:(1)The uniaxial compressive strength,uniaxial tensile strength,shear strength and density of ore and rock are obtained through rock mechanics experiment;the actual investigation of the mine is carried out,and the economic and safety factors affecting the actual production of the mine are collected.The 12 influencing factors are stope production capacity,ore loss rate,ore dilution rate,explosive consumption,mining accuracy coefficient,mining and filling cost and ore drawing efficiency The qualitative indexes are: operation safety,ore body adaptability,construction complexity,operation cycle and filling cycle management.The optimal mining method is upward slicing and filling mining method based on unknown measure theory.(2)Based on the data obtained from rock mechanics experiments,the FLAC3 D numerical simulation software is used to simulate 12 low-cost stope schemes to determine the limit exposure area of stope,and then the Mathew chart method is used to determine the limit exposure area of each type of scheme.Through the comparison of the two methods,the limit exposure area of stope is determined to be 875m2,that is,the size of mine room is inclined The strike length is 35 m,and the strike length is25 m.(3)According to the optimized parameters of stope,the industrial test was carried out on the middle stope of the study mine-600.After acceptance statistics,the economic index of the optimized test stope has been significantly improved. |
