At present,the mining depth of Xincheng Gold Mine is getting deeper and deeper.The fragmentation of deep orebodies is serious and the thickness is unstable.The upper wall of the orebody is close to Jiaojia fault zone.Influenced by its geological structure,the roof of Xincheng Gold Mine is obviously unstable in the process of roadway excavation and stope mining.With the mining depth decreasing,this situation will become more and more serious.In order to realize the efficient and sustainable mining of deep resources in Xincheng Gold Mine,it is necessary to carry out special mining methods for gently inclined and fractured orebodies in the deep part of Xincheng Gold Mine.Through the Laboratory mechanical test of deep rock mass in mining area,the rock mechanics parameters of its broken surrounding rock are obtained,and the mining method design and optimization are carried out accordingly.In view of the selection of structural parameters in mining methods,the reasonable stope structural parameters are obtained by numerical simulation based on rock mechanics parameters obtained from experiments.Finally,the selected mining scheme is designed as a site unit.The main contents of the article can be summarized as follows:(1)Through the investigation of the actual geological data on the spot,the engineering background of the mining area is described in detail.By testing the physical and mechanical parameters of deep ore and rock,the relevant rock mechanical parameters of deep and middle ore and rock mass,such as-830 m,-930 m,are obtained.(2)In view of the difficult problems faced by deep mining in Xincheng Gold Mine,after investigating the occurrence characteristics of its orebody and combining with the mining status of similar mines,five new mining schemes suitable for deep gently inclined thick and crushed orebody in Xincheng Gold Mine are put forward,and the advantages and disadvantages of the five mining schemes are obtained by comparing and analyzing the mining cutting,mining technology and economic and technical indicators of the five schemes.Based on the unascertained measurement theory,the mining scheme for deep gently inclined thick crushed orebody in Xincheng Gold Mine is finally obtained.(3)After the optimization of mining methods,the production capacity of the mine will be greatly improved,and the working capacity of the original filling system can not meet the needs of deep mining.Therefore,the filling system of Xincheng Gold Mine has been optimized and reformed to improve its working capacity and effect.(4)According to the actual mining situation of the orebody,the arch shapes of different schemes are compared and analyzed based on Flac3 D software,which shows that a reasonable arch shape can effectively improve the self-stabilization ability of surrounding rock,and provides design ideas for stope structural parameters design of upward horizontal slicing and filling mining method in stress arch continuous mining in the future.Through 3D-Mine solid modeling of mining method,the stress arch method for deep mining of mine technicians has intuitive knowledge and understanding.(5)According to the optimized stope structure parameters and the actual production in the underground,field industrial tests were carried out.Experience statistics show that the economic indicators of the test stope have been significantly improved.
