Qianjiaping vanadium deposit is a large single vanadium deposit found by Northwest Mining and Geology Group Co. Ltd for Nonferrous Metals in Shangnan county. It is difficult to mine because the ore body is broken, large and thick. Now, the mine is in the period of commissioning production. Selecting the reasonable mining method and stope structure parameters is crucial to achieve the goals of reaching production target earlier, improving the mining efficiency, reducing the dilution rate, the loss ratio, the production cost and the accident rate. The paper studied the Optimization of the mining method with unascertained measurement theory, selected the reasonable stope structure parameters based on numerical analysis, fuzzy optimal selection, and the mining method test was made. The main researches and results are as follows:(1) By series triaxial compressional tests, tensile strength test of the core sample, uniaxial compression test, physico-mechanical parameters of different rocks were obtained, and the reliable parameters were provided for numerical simulation calculation。(2) Based on analyzing and researching the production status and ore body mining conditions.Analysis was made on three possible mining methods by unascertained measurement theory, And the optimal scheme was obtained. Then nine mining schemes with different stope structural parameters were constructed by the way of combining orthogonal design with numerical simulation. And the stress, displacement, plastic region of each schemes were studied by the software FLAC3D, the effect of each parameter on the stress and displacement was identified and some safe mining schemes were screened. Then the paper established the comprehensive evaluation model of stope structure parameters of Qianjiaping vanadium deposit based on Fuzzy. At the same time, the analytic hierarchy process was applied to determine the weight of each factor, It can be see that the secondary scheme is the best one by evaluating the the egiht credible schemes which were screened by FLAC3D based on Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the stope structural parameters are as follows:rib-pillar’s width:10m, roof and bottom pillar’s thickness:6m, stage’s height:50m, stope’s span:50m。(3) Drilling and blasting parameters of fan-shaped deep hole were recommended based on blasting crater test as follows:the explosive consumption:0.352kg/t, hole-row spacing:2.4m, hole-bottom spacing:2.9m. Prepared cutting technology have been optimized by the experiment of once driving of blind raise with deep hole blasting and the experiment of fan-shaped deep hole blasting without cut raise, At the same time, the operation safety and efficiency were improved. we Designed and set up the monitoring network system of slope stability, and the data got Preliminary by the system was analyzed briefly.
