Research On Optimization Of Hazardous Chemical Warehouse Management In Z Enterprise

With the development of economic globalization,the rise and prosperity of fine chemical and electronic semiconductor industries,the demand for hazardous chemicals is increasing year by year.As an important part of the whole supply chain,hazardous chemical logistics assumes most of the risks in the supply chain.Different from general logistics,hazardous chemical logistics has the characteristics of high risk,more complex object,more serious accident result,and more professional operation technology and means.Among them,hazardous chemical storage management is the most important link connecting hazardous chemical logistics activities.How hazardous chemical storage enterprises improve the efficiency and efficiency of warehouse operation,and ensure the safe and effective operation of hazardous chemical warehouses is an important measure for traditional hazardous chemical storage enterprises to become stronger,and also a link that hazardous chemical logistics companies must pay attention to.This paper takes the hazardous chemical storage enterprise Z as the research object to analyze the relevant problems existing in its warehouse operation and management.First of all,this paper clarifies the concepts and theories of hazardous chemicals,as well as related concepts and theories of hazardous chemicals warehousing management,thus laying a theoretical foundation for the full text.Secondly,this paper introduces the current situation of the hazardous chemical warehouse management of Z enterprise.Through the analysis of the current situation of the hazardous chemical warehouse of Z enterprise,it finds that the problems in the operation process of the enterprise are mainly as follows: There are five aspects: unreasonable layout arrangement of functional areas,non-standard configuration and operation of facilities and equipment,inconsistent operation standards and operation specifications,inaccurate inventory category and quantity control,and imperfect warehouse information management platform.Then,in view of the above problems,combined with the warehousing management theory,the following corresponding optimization measures are formulated:reasonable adjustment of the layout of each functional area in the garden,optimize the operation process;Optimize the allocation of facilities and equipment and standardize their use to ensure safe operation;Unify project operation standards and operation specifications to improve operation efficiency;Strictly control the safety stock of inventory materials and improve the utilization rate between warehouses;Optimize and improve the warehouse information management platform to realize information sharing.Finally,in order to ensure the successful implementation of the above strategies,this paper puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures from the aspects of human resources,information system and financial resources.It is hoped that this paper can provide some reference for Z enterprise and similar enterprises to improve their supply chain management level from warehousing.We hope to help enterprises: ensure safe operation,improve operation efficiency,improve warehouse utilization,and realize information sharing.And promote enterprises to improve the level of standardized management,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,improve the utilization rate of resources,promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
