| In recent years,the price of oil has fluctuated internationally,and the domestic demand for oil from industry,life,and even military has gradually increased.Under the premise of China’s leaders continuously adjusting their resource strategies,the exploitation of overseas oil and gas resources has become one of the important means for China’s oil self-sufficiency.In the face of an unfamiliar overseas environment,domestic oil companies are unable to highly match foreign oil and gas resource exploration models at the initial stage,both from the technical and management levels.This not only leads to the loss of enterprise costs,affects the overall output of overseas oil and gas resource exploration,but also makes many domestic oil companies retreat despite difficulties,leading to a slowdown in further development plans for the overseas oil and gas resource market.It has had a significant impact on China’s oil resource reserve strategy.In this context,it is urgent to develop a system conducive to assisting in the dynamic planning of overseas drilling operations,strengthen the management structure of overseas drilling operations,and deepen the overall planning requirements for overseas drilling projects.This article compares the oil and gas reserves of domestic oil fields and countries with sufficient international oil reserves,and conducts research on the methods of large-scale task allocation.It analyzes various difficulties that domestic oil companies may encounter when conducting oil and gas resource development projects overseas,such as the conflict between corporate culture and local customs,personnel structure adjustment,and logistical support difficulties.Based on the actual situation of overseas drilling operations,a dynamic planning and decision support system for overseas drilling operations was designed from the perspective of intensive management.A drilling operation system and an office operation system were established for the management of the drilling construction site and base.In view of the limited number of drilling rigs in overseas well pads and the difficulties in logistical maintenance of drilling equipment,the dynamic scheduling of drilling rigs in overseas well pads is planned.K-means clustering algorithm is used to cluster and analyze nearly 2000 wells in overseas well pads,and ant colony algorithm is used to plan drilling paths for one block.The minimum number of drilling rigs required for more than 400 wells in the block is determined by calculating the operation cycle of the drilling rig.Finally,the dynamic planning aided decision-making system for overseas drilling operations is implemented using programming languages such as C # and Matlab. |
