With the promotion of HSE management system in the oil industry,the comfort evaluation of the drilling operation,which is typical of long time,large load and high frequency,has received more and more attention.We jointly applied biomechanical simulation,myoelectric signal test and subjective evaluation to evaluate the comfort of drilling operations,established evaluation models,and used Pro/E for program design and development,and finally completed the research and development of the evaluation system for the comfort of drilling operations of workover rigs.Firstly,we analyzed the main causes of the comfort of drilling operation on the drilling rig,established a human-computer interaction simulation platform for the composite operation of the upper and lower limbs of the XJ70 drilling rig according to the operational characteristics,and conducted a preliminary simulation according to the results of the muscle groups,analyzed the muscle load of the local muscle groups and the muscle groups in their respective parts under the operational condition with the indexes of muscle activation and cumulative muscle activation,completed a comparative study,and screened out The lumbar abdomen and the right lower limb,which have higher operational load,were selected as the specific evaluation objects.Secondly,from the theoretical point of view,the lumbar abdominal muscle groups,lumbar vertebrae and the right lower limb muscle groups were analyzed mechanically,and the key bones and muscles were selected;with the help of the simulation test platform,the operating loads under single and compound variables were analyzed with the help of mathematical tools,using the two parameters of sitting height and backrest inclination as variables,and the evaluation model of the comfort of drilling operation based on bone and muscle biomechanics was constructed.A model based on bone and muscle biomechanics was constructed to evaluate the comfort of drilling operations.Then,myoelectric signal testing and subjective evaluation experiments were conducted,and the subjective and objective experimental data were combined to construct a subjective and objective comfort evaluation model based on gene expression programming for drilling operations with the help of genetic algorithms.Then,the consistency of the results of the subjective and objective evaluation experiments and the simulation tests are analyzed,and the evaluation model constructed with the simulation data is used to build the underlying database of the prototype system for the evaluation of the comfort of the drilling operation of the workover rig.Finally,based on the above theoretical research,the framework of the evaluation system for secondary development of Pro/E is established,and the digital human body model in Pro/E and Toolkit language combined with MFC technology are used to build the human-computer interaction interface to complete the design of the secondary development program of Pro/E,so as to complete the development of the prototype system for the evaluation of the comfort of drilling operations,and introduce the developed seat parameterization design,sitting height The main functional modules developed include seat parameterization design,seat height evaluation and backrest tilt comfort evaluation.The results of the study can provide a more comfortable and optimized arrangement of the drilling rig operating device for the drilling rig manufacturers at the design front end,which can improve the design efficiency,shorten the design cycle,and save the design cost to a certain extent;it can also solve the problem of quantified evaluation of the drilling rig operating comfort at the application level,which can provide a more reasonable operating scheme,improve the efficiency of the drilling rig workers,and mitigate and prevent the professional fatigue injury of the drilling rig workers.It is of great practical significance to provide a more reasonable operation plan,improve the efficiency of the driller,and reduce and prevent the occupational fatigue injury of the driller.
