Since the reform and opening up,the construction industry represented by real estate and the infrastructure construction represented by municipalities,highways,water conservancy,etc.have developed vigorously.The engineering industry has become a pillar industry of our national economy,but the probability of occurrence of safety accidents has been high Not less,it has attracted the attention of public opinion,and it not only directly damages the personal safety and economic income of the workers,but also leads to the rapid deterioration of the company’s reputation and image,but also undermines the harmonious stability and healthy development of the society.In recent years,although the government and enterprises have increased the investment in safety management of engineering projects and achieved staged results,engineering safety problems are still difficult to avoid completely,and the ratio of production to investment in safety management needs to be improved.Therefore,actively promoting scientific management methods and improving the efficiency of engineering safety management have important practical significance for the stability of the engineering industry and society.This paper draws on the basic principles of intensive management in the economic field,studies the process of engineering project security management from the perspective of enterprise management,finds loopholes in the traditional engineering security management system,and combines domestic and foreign research and practical experience in security intensive management,and applies them to In China’s engineering industry,construct concrete ideas for the intensive management of engineering projects and determine the overall goal,strive to break through the constraints of the traditional engineering project safety management system,and lay a solid theory and practice for the innovative development and construction of China’s engineering project safety management system basis.After systematically studying the entire process of the project’s safety intensive management system in this article,it is found that there are still low system guarantees in the project’s safety intensive management system in our country,and that many project safety intensive management subjects lead to serious internal conflicts and safety intensive engineering projects.Problems such as low management efficiency,lack of social environment and lack of resource allocation have seriously restricted the development of a safe and intensive management system for engineering projects in China.This article analyzes the reasons for the above problems.This article believes that the reason lies in the lack of strategic awareness of the safe and intensive management of engineering projects;the lack of a relatively unified and sound management mechanism and ideas for safe and intensive engineering projects;the safe and intensive engineering projects The incentive and disciplinary mechanism of the management system is relatively lagging;the intensive management concept is one-sided and lacking.Based on the problems and corresponding causes of engineering project safety intensive management,this paper statistically organizes relevant experience of domestic and foreign engineering project safety intensive management,and puts forward some suggestions for optimization of China’s engineering project safety intensive management,such as improving front-line workers and on-site safety Management staff’s cognition and ability of safe and intensive management of engineering projects;establish and improve a unified safe and intensive management system of engineering projects;improve the construction of reward and punishment mechanism for safe and intensive management of engineering projects;optimize society,engineering project participation units,laws and regulations,etc.Coordinated allocation of relevant resources;support and strictly implement the development of corresponding safety accident prevention countermeasures based on the project’s safety intensive management mechanism.
