| With the rapid development of international industrialization, the worseningenvironment problems have threatened people’s health, public safety and social sta-bility. The study of environmental economic and its management strategy has beenat the beginning stage in China. Therefore, the efective and reasonable solutions forimproving the environment are very important. Game theory is about the decisionsthat involved participants make and the equilibrium among them, it originated ineconomic that is utilized to analyze the behavior of frms, markets, consumers, etc.As a market-based environmental pollution control system,the emission trad-ing stimulates economy,promotes the integration of environment and economic pol-icy.The appearance of which has turned the traditional environmental managementsystem from passive and lagging-behind to vital and fourishing.On the basis ofpredecessors’ achievements, in this paper we apply evolutionary game theory tosolve environmental pollution problems, establish game model to interpret the be-havior of government, enterprises and environmental protection department,utilizethe triangular-distribution frst price sealed bid auction model, in view of the emis-sion enterprises with diferent risk attitudes, and improve the multiple biding model.Combined with evolutionary game theory, the game model between the governmentsand the enterprises established in emissions-trading market,and carried out quanti-tative analysis on the behavior of participants to draw the conclusion. Through theanalysis of the equilibrium results of the above model, we propose rationalizationsuggestions for the government and ofer the scheme to design the optimized mecha-nism for government and the optimized strategy for enterprises in emission auction,acquire the evolutionary stable strategy. |
