With the popularity of low-carbon concept,energy conservation and emission reduction have become the common strategic choice of all countries,and sustainable development has become the focus of the world.Low-carbon mode is gradually changing the way of production and life of the society.On the basis of the remarkable achievements in low-carbon emission reduction,China continues to put forward the important strategic decision of "double carbon"--to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality,so as to further advocate a green and low-carbon life.As the important foundation and strategic support of our economic and social development,logistics industry will play more important role in the development process of low carbon economy.Low carbon logistics will become the main direction of logistics industry development in the future.As a major strategic development region of the country,the Yangtze River Economic Belt presents different logistics characteristics due to the differences of resources,environment and economic development among provinces and cities.Taking this as the starting point and as the research object,studies the coordination relationship between low-carbon logistics and economic development,and explores its internal mechanism and influence factors,which is of great significance for improving the level of coordinated development of the two.In view of this,this paper has read and sorted out the literature related to the coordinated development of economy and logistics industry,defined the concepts of Yangtze River Economic Belt,low-carbon logistics and coupling coordination degree,and sorted out and analyzed the coordinated development theory,sustainable development theory and differential theory,laying a theoretical foundation for the research.In addition,based on the analysis of the current situation of low-carbon logistics and economic development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the theoretical relationship is sorted out and demonstrated,and the evaluation index system of the coordinated development of low-carbon logistics and economy is constructed.In the empirical study,a coupling coordination degree model was established to estimate the coupling coordination level of low-carbon logistics and economic development in 11 provinces and cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt during 2011-2020.Based on the coupling coordination degree results,the temporal evolution and spatial distribution characteristics were further analyzed.Taking this as the explained variable,the differential model is constructed to study the policy effect and explore the influence of different factors.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of low-carbon logistics and economy,and provides theoretical reference for formulating corresponding policies.The results show that:(1)During the study years from 2011 to 2020,the comprehensive development level of low-carbon logistics and economy in the Yangtze River Economic Belt presents a stable rising trend,and the coupling and coordinated development level of the two subsystems also realizes a leap-forward development,from serious imbalance to high-quality coordinated development.(2)In terms of spatial distribution,the Moran’s I index of the coupling coordination degree of low carbon logistics and economic development in 11 provinces and cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt shows a trend of fluctuation,and the spatial distribution is random,without significant distribution characteristics.The spatial effects in different regions are also different.There are few "high-high" aggregation sites,while the "low-high" aggregation effect in some areas is relatively significant.The radiation driving effect still needs to be strengthened.(3)The proposal of low-carbon logistics development policy plays a significant role in promoting the coordination level of low-carbon logistics and economic development,and effectively promotes the coordinated development level of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Among them,economic development level,tertiary industry level,social consumption level,logistics industry development level,low-carbon development level and logistics industry investment level play a significant positive role in promoting the coordinated development of the two subsystems,while energy consumption level and logistics industry carbon emission level play a significant negative inhibitory role.According to the research results,the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions:improve the low carbon logistics policy,deepen the logistics enterprise system reform;strengthen the support of facility elements to promote the low-carbon transformation development of logistics industry;carry out regional pairwise cooperation and optimize the strategic positioning of relevant provinces and cities;improve the quality and effectiveness of economic development and improve and upgrade the industrial structure. |
