| Workplace psychological stress significantly affects the psychological and physical health of employees,and then affects work performance.Providing psychological assistance services to employees is an important content of enterprise management.The employee assistance program is a set of systematic and long-term welfare and support program established by the company for its employees.The purpose is to diagnose and advise the organization with the help of professionals,and provide professional guidance,training and consultation,so as to help employees and their families solve various psychological and behavioral problems affecting their work performance and improve the working environment.This thesis takes the employees of YC Oil Company as the research object,combing relevant literature at home and abroad,based on the analysis and research of job demand-resource theory,individual-environment matching theory,stress cognition theory and psychological contract theory,using interview method and questionnaire survey and other methods.This paper analyzes the work and life stress,stress experience,mental health status,job requirements and job resources,and EAP service acceptance of employees in YC Oil Company.The survey results show that YC Oil has not carried out EAP service for a long time.In recent years,the dimission rate of the company is getting higher and higher,and the working condition of the employees is also poor.The employees are under pressure from all aspects,have a great demand for EAP service,have a high acceptance degree for the organization to carry out EAP service,and have a good trust foundation for the organization.By referring to EAP research results of domestic and foreign enterprises and investigating the mental health status of employees in YC Oil Company,the implementation plan of EAP implementation is determined,including establishing EAP responsible department,building internal EAP talent team,looking for technical support from professional service providers of employee assistance plan,and making EAP planning book.Publicize and promote EAP service and provide EAP service content,and design work organization and safeguard measures for the implementation of the program.EAP plays an important role in human resource development and management.By providing psychological assistance services to employees and their families,YC Oil Company has established a comprehensive psychological assistance mechanism to help employees constantly break through themselves and realize their self-value.It not only reflects the "people-oriented" management concept in modern human resources,In addition,it can show the enterprise’s emphasis on human capital and the organization’s care for employees,so as to achieve the balance between the needs of the enterprise and the individual needs of employees,and promote the formation of a community of interests between employees and enterprises. |
