Employee Health Management will do profound effect to corporate development.Through employee health management,the benefits of human capital can be increased and the high-quality development of enterprises can be promoted.Although many enterprises have realized that it is necessary to implement health management,there are still many deficiencies in the implementation process.Therefore,it is necessary to further promote the practice experience of health management.Taking JY Company as an example,this paper studies the current situation of health management of technical workers in the enterprise,summarizes the practical experience of health management,points out the problems,analyzes the reasons,and puts forward suggestions for improvement,so as to provide practical reference for other enterprises to improve health management.The main body of the article is mainly divided into the following parts: First,the research background and significance,research content,ideas and methods of this paper are expounded.Secondly,literature review should be conducted to clarify the definition,development history,importance and influencing factors of health management,and summarize the theoretical achievements of health management to lay a theoretical foundation for research.Thirdly,summarize the practice experience of health management of JY Company;Fourthly,the current situation of health management of skilled workers in JY Company was understood through interview survey and questionnaire survey.Fifth,based on the above research,summarize the problems existing in the health management of skilled workers,and analyze the reasons for the problems.Sixth,from the enterprise and technical workers two levels to put forward improvement suggestions.The study found two main problems.First,the enterprise level: the enterprise overall health management awareness is insufficient;Lack of dynamic management of occupational health archives of skilled workers;The content and form of health education and training for skilled workers are relatively simple.The absence of a skilled worker assistance program;The basic health rights of skilled workers have not been fully implemented;Firms are struggling to meet the growing health demands of skilled workers;The feedback channel of health management suggestions is single,and the enthusiasm of technical workers is not high;Second,the level of skilled workers: the implementation of personal protection measures for skilled workers is not in place;The formation rate of healthy living habits of skilled workers should be improved.There are two main reasons for the problem.First,at the enterprise level:enterprise managers lack a comprehensive understanding of health management;It is difficult for business managers to overcome profitability;Enterprise managers lack humanistic care for technical workers;The lack of professional service personnel makes it difficult to implement the employee assistance plan for skilled workers.Second,the level of skilled workers: the substitutability and instability of skilled workers;The awareness of personal protection of skilled workers is weak.On this basis,the improving suggestion is put forward.First,at the enterprise level: promote the correct understanding of health management from the whole enterprise;Strengthen the dynamic management of health archives of skilled workers and establish information database;Conducting diversified publicity and training activities for managers and skilled workers;Develop professional talents and employee assistance programs for skilled workers;Strengthen corporate social responsibility,and strive to overcome the profit-seeking;Establish trade unions to safeguard the rights and interests of skilled workers;Clearing information feedback channels,respecting the opinions and suggestions of technical workers;Improve occupational health protection measures to reduce the risk of occupational health hazards of skilled workers;Cooperate with insurance companies to provide menu-type insurance services for skilled workers;The second is the level of technical workers: guide technical workers to enhance the awareness of independent health management,enhance the awareness of personal protection,cultivate good health behavior habits,and help technical workers to relieve bad emotions in time.
