| Driven by factors such as mineral resource depletion, policy withdrawal and strategic resource reserves,a large number of mines in China are currently entering the withdrawal phase. However, abandoned mines are still endowed with land resources, space resources, renewable resources, legacy mineral resources and other types of resources that are rich and still have development potential. It is important to establish a sound mechanism for the development and utilisation of the whole life cycle of mines, improve the exit mechanism of mines, and carry out different types of secondary development according to the characteristics of abandoned mines,so as to maximise the benefits of abandoned mines and turn social burdens into "golden mountains".This paper focuses on the characteristics of abandoned mines, relying on the project "Key Technology Research on the Development and Utilisation of Abandoned Mine Legacy Resources and Underground Space" unveiled by the Science and Technology Department of Shanxi Province,to sort out the current specific models of secondary development and utilisation, and build a constrained planning and evaluation model from a macro perspective, with the intention of providing reference for the whole life cycle development and utilisation of mines. The main research contents are as follows:The overall diversity of abandoned mines and the uniqueness of individual mines are discussed, the characteristics of abandoned mine resources are analyzed, and the secondary development modes of abandoned mines are comprehensively analyzed. The secondary development modes of abandoned mines are grouped into five categories and 16 modes according to ecological and geological restoration, energy and mining resources development, underground space resources utilization, real estate development, and special industries.Based on the idea of constraint programming,an evaluation model for selecting the secondary development mode of abandoned mines from a macro perspective is proposed. The indicators are divided into different constraint levels according to the attributes of the evaluation indicators, the recommended intervals for the indicator data are given, and the tolerance intervals for the indicators are relaxed step by step according to the indicator levels;the secondary development mode is restricted by the two given intervals,or the secondary development mode is restricted by the number of indicators whose indicator data exceed the recommended intervals but are still within the tolerance intervals.Starting from the specific needs of the specific secondary development mode of abandoned mines,a corresponding indicator system is established from the perspective of the whole life cycle of secondary mine development, and 47 evaluation indicators are built into an overall framework.Within the framework, the classification criteria, recommended intervals and constraint levels of the indicators are defined.Using the constraint programming model, five types of secondary development models are proposed for the Baijiazhuang mine area, including ecological and geological restoration, comprehensive utilisation of solid waste resources, real estate development, tourism services and science and education industries, using the Baijiazhuang mine area as a case study.By collating the ongoing or planned secondary development projects in the Baijiazhuang mine area, the above secondary development models have been better proven. This paper constructs a constrained programming model for selecting secondary development mode of abandoned mines from a macro perspective.Through theoretical research and example verification,it confirms that the comprehensive evaluation model has good feasibility and reliability, enriches the research content in this field, and can provide some references for selecting secondary development mode of abandoned mines.Figure 4 Table 10 Reference 123... |
