| Under the influence of global emergencies,the economic development of countries around the world has experienced stagnation and decline to varying degrees.The rapid development of Internet technology has brought about a new industrial revolution,and a new round of technological and industrial transformation led by digital technology is accelerating its evolution.China is currently vigorously promoting industrial digitalization and the "dual construction" of digital industry to promote the further development of China’s economy,and the application of digital technology in the industry will promote the high-quality development of China’s economy.For traditional manufacturing enterprises,the use of digital technology in production,operation,sales,management,research and development and other links can help enterprises effectively coordinate and allocate resources in all aspects of the traditional production and operation mode,and then promote the transformation of enterprises to digital business models centered on user value.Digital technology will enable enterprises to no longer be limited to traditional profit models,and will explore a new way to create business value for enterprise development.The paper selects Nangang Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and builds the theoretical analysis framework of the paper based on process reengineering theory,organizational change theory,technological innovation theory and value chain theory.Using the case analysis method,this paper starts from exploring the motivation of the digital transformation of Nangang Co.,Ltd.,sorts out its transformation measures and mechanisms,compares and analyzes its performance before and after transformation,tests the effectiveness of its digital transformation measures,and draws relevant conclusions based on this.In the case analysis part,starting from the background introduction of the enterprise itself,and then analyzing the role of policy,technology,industry and the enterprise itself in promoting the digital transformation of Nangang Co.,Ltd.,and sorting and classifying according to the order of the implementation of the digital strategy of Nangang Co.,Ltd.,the paper finds that there are three paths for the digital transformation of Nangang Co.,Ltd.to affect performance: first,digital transformation promotes the improvement of sales performance by changing the customer service model;Second,digital transformation drives enterprise innovation,continuously meets the increasing personalized consumption needs of customers,promotes the building of corporate brands,and thus increases market share;Third,digital transformation improves the efficiency of the whole process,reduces the cost of R&D,manufacturing,and sales,and promotes the improvement of enterprise performance.Then,through the analysis of the financial performance and non-financial performance indicators of Nangang Co.,Ltd.,the longitudinal comparative analysis and horizontal comparison analysis of the performance indicators before and after digital transformation are carried out.Through the analysis of the digital transformation of Nangang and its performance,the paper concludes that digital transformation has improved the production and operation efficiency of Nangang;Digital transformation expands sales and revenue;Digital transformation has improved the R&D and innovation capabilities of enterprises.Finally,based on the previous analysis,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions and prospects for Nangang and the enterprises that intend to carry out digital transformation. |
