As an emerging technology coordinated with the eco-environmental system,the development process of green technology innovation is of great significance to environmental protection and resource conservation.Especially with the global warming year by year,the frequency of extreme weather is also increasing year by year,In order to cope with climate change,China listed "carbon peak" and "carbon neutralization" as one of the key tasks in 2021 in the 2020 government work report.The development of green technological innovation has an important impact on China’s commitment to "carbon peak" and "carbon neutralization".In the process of promoting green technology innovation,the behavior and decisionmaking of the government,enterprises and the public will have an impact on green technology innovation.Therefore,based on the hypothesis of bounded rationality,this paper constructs an evolutionary game model of the government,enterprises and the public to study the development process of green technology innovation.In the actual production process,due to the influence of many influencing factors on the game system,the influence of random small disturbance on the system is introduced by Ito ? Stochastic differential equation theory analyzes the behavior stability of game players.Matlab 2018 a is used to simulate the evolution process of the game subject,and the influence of relevant factors and random factors in the game model on the direction and degree of evolution is analyzed.The results show that: 1 The final decisionmaking results of the government,enterprises and the public are different under different conditions.2.The initial willingness of any one of the government,enterprises and the public will not affect the final strategic choice of a group.3.Tax relief coefficientα,Government support β,Success rate of green technology innovation γ It does not affect the final strategy choice,but it will affect the evolution speed,including the success rate of green technology innovation γ It has the strongest impact on the three subjects.4.Random factors will affect the evolution process of game players,but do not change the evolution direction.Finally,from the perspective of the superior government,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as actively promoting the reform of the government system,vigorously promoting the green innovation of enterprises,and actively building a green consumption society.
