| With the improvement of people’s living standards,especially under the background of carbon peak and carbon neutralization,low-carbon and green have become the new goals of Chinese agricultural development.As an important national green agricultural and livestock products production and processing export base and the main grain transfer out provinces and regions,Inner Mongolia has made some achievements in agricultural green development in recent years.However,limited by natural conditions and agricultural science and technology level,the production and operation of high input,high energy consumption and low output still exist.In the process of increasing farmers’ income,the agricultural ecological environment has not been comprehensively and effectively controlled.Therefore,this thesis focuses on the measurement of the dynamic level of agricultural green development in Inner Mongolia,in order to provide important support and lay the foundation for the introduction of relevant policies in the autonomous region.Based on the theories of ecological threshold,system synergy and sustainable development,and based on relevant national policies,this thesis establishes the index system of agricultural green development in Inner Mongolia.Entropy method and linear weighted comprehensive method are used to comprehensively evaluate and analyze the agricultural green development level of ten league cities such as Hohhot and Baotou in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.On this basis,the coupling and coordination model is used to analyze the degree of switching coordination between green investment,green output,green development dynamics and green life subsystems.Finally,the barrier level model is used to diagnose barriers affecting green agricultural development.The results show: 1.that the comprehensive score of agricultural green development of ten league cities in Inner Mongolia shows a fluctuating upward trend from 2012 to 2020,especially the score continues to rise from 2017 to 2020.Among them,the average value of comprehensive score of agricultural green development of Hohhot and Hulun Buir is relatively high.2.The coupling degree of the subsystems of the allied cities ranges from0.45 to 0.99,among which Hohhot,Hulun buir,Chifeng,Ulanqab and Ordos have been in a highly coupled state for nine years.However,the coordination degree of the ten league cities is not satisfactory,and they are still in the stage of imbalance by 2020.This shows that the degree of interaction between the four subsystems is strong,but the degree of benign coupling is small.3.From 2012 to 2020,the factors affecting the green development of agriculture in all League cities include the growth rate of investment in the primary industry,effective irrigation area,utilization rate of chemical fertilizer per mu,afforestation area,etc.Finally,on the basis of the research results,policy proposals are put forward to increase financial investment,strengthen scientific research and improve the level of scientific research,strengthening market supervision and attracting more private capital to invest in the primary industry,hoping to provide strong support for the green development of agriculture in Inner Mongolia. |
