Corporate culture is the soft power of enterprises in today's society,and it is also an invisible asset.Together with capital,post technology,human resources and other hard strength,corporate culture constitutes the core competitiveness of enterprises.As the market increasingly fierce competition,enterprises can realize the importance of enterprise culture,is helpful to the construction of enterprise culture,make the enterprise culture of cohesion,better guide and constraint function,the management of the enterprise culture as a system engineering,in production,management,management,and other fields are important,adhere to the scientific method is helpful to the enterprise culture into enterprise competitiveness.Xingang Company is a state-owned enterprise mainly engaged in steel industry and has a history of 60 years.Sixty years of old state-owned enterprises once had a brilliant,but because of the domestic steel overcapacity in recent years,as the old state-owned enterprises still retain the traditional marketing model and corporate culture,resulting in profitability has been unable to break through,this situation urgently needs to be resolved.How? Improve the corporate culture,play its role to help the company break through the difficulties to seek sustainable development.Therefore,this article selects the Xingang company as the research object,using the corporate culture and management related theory and model method to analyze discussed.meanwhile the enterprise culture,through this,the Xingang company is mainly studied on the enterprise culture construction exposed the board and the insufficiency,found the perfect the board and the insufficiency of path and safeguard measures.Firstly,on the basis of summarizing the status quo of corporate culture at home and abroad,this paper clarifies the research purpose and significance of this paper,proposes the research content and research methods of this paper,and adopts the research methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and qualitative and quantitative combination.This paper expounds the concept,element structure,function function,relationship between corporate culture construction and corporate development,corporate culture evaluation theory and corporate culture value model of corporate culture.Combined with the general process and characteristics of corporate culture construction,the research framework of corporate culture construction of Xingang company is proposed.Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation of the company's corporate culture construction,including the current basic situation,production and operation situation,human resources and information construction situation and the development strategy of the company.The corporate culture system of Xingang company is analyzed from three aspects: corporate identity,corporate culture concept,corporate spirit and business development strategy.The characteristics of the enterprise culture construction of Xingang company are described as follows: planning the culture construction from the top design,compiling the activity picture album with the family culture as the core,ensuring the culture implementation through the publicity method,and stimulating the cultural efficiency with the performance formulation and quality training as the carrier.Then,using the method of questionnaire investigation and field survey,Quinn cultural value model to the Xingang group enterprise culture made an objective evaluation,evaluation results showed discussed.meanwhile the problems existing in the enterprise culture construction: behavioral problems of cultural construction,the corporate culture construction planning and developing strategic alignment is not enough,did not set up a sound enterprise culture construction operation mechanism,the employee is not profound cognition of enterprise culture.Finally,according to Xingang company culture construction should follow the principle: the systematic principle,creative principle and dynamic principle,obtained from four aspects to perfect the Xingang company enterprise culture construction path,i.e.,the optimization of enterprise behavior culture,improve the enterprise culture and enterprise management strategy fit,innovation management mechanism to consolidate system culture construction,accelerate the staff values change improve enterprise culture soft strength.At the same time,specific safeguard measures are put forward: enriching the connotation of the core values of the enterprise,establishing the leading group for the construction of enterprise culture,and promoting the construction of learning organization and workshop team culture at the grassroots level.
