| Garbage is a misplaced resource.Kitchen waste accounts for about 40%-70% of domestic waste.At present,most of the treatment of kitchen waste is limited to landfill and incineration.Under the trend of low-carbon development,The resource utilization of kitchen waste has become particularly important.As the undertaker of all activities,how to implement the technology of kitchen waste resource utilization in space is the basis for the city to realize the utilization of kitchen waste resources.Based on the current kitchen waste resource utilization technology,this paper determines the technical conditions for microbial fermentation as the in-situ resource utilization and treatment of kitchen waste,and studies the specific placement of its treatment facilities in urban space,in order to promote the recycling of kitchen waste.Utilization and urban low-carbon development have important reference significance.This paper first analyzes the definition and characteristics of kitchen waste,summarizes the current research status of related fields at home and abroad,and explains the research significance,background,main research content,research object and scope,research method and framework of the paper.Secondly,based on the relevant research and theoretical basis of the utilization and treatment of kitchen waste resources,the necessity of the utilization and treatment of kitchen waste resources is expounded,and the in-situ resource utilization and treatment mode of kitchen waste is proposed,and the in-situ resource utilization of kitchen waste is constructed.The layout method of facilities in urban space,and the calculation model is determined for the carbon emission and final energy efficiency generated by different resource utilization and treatment methods in the whole process of waste treatment.Finally,take Xi’an as an example to apply the local resource utilization and treatment mode of kitchen waste,analyze the current situation of the utilization and treatment of kitchen waste in Xi’an and the spatial distribution of related facilities,and take the third ring road in Xi’an as an example Conduct research on local resource utilization and treatment facilities for kitchen waste.1)Determine the proportion of kitchen waste in Xi’an by analyzing the city by analogy,calculate the total amount of kitchen waste in Xi’an according to the proportion,and determine the calculation model of kitchen waste in Xi’an by establishing a multivariate regression model.The average amount of kitchen waste generated per capita in the city.2)Determine the type of on-site resource utilization facilities.According to the existing relevant norms and the total amount of kitchen waste generated per capita,obtain the indicators such as the grade and type of the in-situ resource utilization and treatment facilities for kitchen waste,the number of people serving and the scale of land use.Under the premise of land use,the service radius,collection and transportation system and land use requirements of the treatment facilities are determined,and the layout principles of the treatment facilities are determined,including traffic organization,supporting facilities and environmental conditions.3)Taking the scope of the Third Ring Road in Xi’an as an example,by dividing the space units,according to the land use characteristics of different space units and the total amount of kitchen waste generated,the local resource utilization facilities for household kitchen waste within the scope of the Third Ring Road are arranged and planned,and finally combined.At present,Xi’an’s kitchen waste treatment mode and facilities have formed a "centralized +decentralized" kitchen waste treatment facility layout system.4)Calculate the current carbon emissions of kitchen waste treatment in the Third Ring Road and the carbon emissions of on-site resource utilization and treatment of kitchen waste,and analyze the low-carbon nature of on-site treatment and resource recycling of kitchen waste. |
