Study On Post-evaluation Of Economic Benefits For The Reconstruction And Expansion Project In H Coal Preparation Plant

This thesis selects the renovation and expansion project of H coal preparation plant as the research object;analyzes the economic benefits of the new construction,renovation and expansion,and technical transformation projects;summarizes the successful experience and downsides in the implementation of the project,and improves the project management system.The research results of this thesis have certain reference value and practical significance for the renovation and expansion projects of coal preparation plants,especially the early construction plants.Firstly,on the basis of combing the relevant literature,the post-evaluation research method suitable for this project was selected to determine the basic working procedure of this study.Secondly,the initial situation of H coal preparation plant,the necessity of renovation and expansion project,the main new construction projects,production cost changes,technical transformation overview and expected product results were summarized.Thirdly,according to the improvement of the post-evaluation index system on economic benefit of the coal mine,coal preparation plant project and the existing project of the reconstruction and expansion project,the economic post-evaluation index system is constructed in combination with the characteristics of the reconstruction and expansion project of H coal preparation plant and empirical research.The economic benefit index of H coal preparation plant reconstruction project is divided into financial benefit and operating benefit system,and the thesis conducts comparative analysis on the changes of reconstruction project,engineering and expected results,then through hierarchical analysis,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of success,it quantifies the economic benefit of the project,summarizes the problems in project implementation and production operation,and analyzes the causes of the problem then puts forward the feasible solutions.The in-depth study of the economic benefit of coal plant renovation and expansion project can broaden the application field of project evaluation to a certain extent.In this thesis,In-depth analysis of the early construction of the coal preparation plant,reasonable planning and design of the reconstruction and expansion project,Can improve the financial benefits,production and operation benefits of the coal preparation plant to improve its economic benefits;The two qualitative and quantitative methods used complement and confirm each other,The calculation method is simple and clear,The construction of the index system is highly operable,Have the feasibility of popularizing to the new construction,expansion and technical transformation projects of other coal preparation plants;It clearly reveals the actual economic benefits after the completion of the renovation and expansion project,It has a positive role in the operation and sustainable development of coal preparation plant;In the project economic post-evaluation and analysis of the production enterprises,Not only to focus on the increase in financial benefits,It should be combined with the essence of production enterprises.
