| Tianjin has accelerated the construction of the "coal to electricity" project in accordance with the principle of "enterprise first,government promotion and residents’ affordability".Since 2016,Tianjin electric power company has invested 13.632 billion yuan to vigorously carry out the "coal to electricity" transformation project,effectively promoting energy conservation and emission reduction,especially in eliminating backward and polluting production capacity.Since the purpose of the "coal to electricity" project is to change the use of coal in residents’ cooking,heating and industrial boilers into electricity,residents in rural areas are one of the main implementation objects of the "coal to electricity" project.After the implementation of the "coal to electricity" project,what impact has such a large-scale construction task brought to power grid enterprises,local economy and environmental improvement? It is particularly important to carry out post evaluation of the project.From the perspective of the whole case project,this paper analyzes and evaluates the realization degree,success degree and sustainability of the project objectives.The evaluation content includes project success evaluation,post project evaluation conclusion,main experience and existing problems,and puts forward targeted improvement opinions and suggestions. |
