The Research On Evaluation System Of Beijing-Tianjin Sand Storm Source Control Project

The implement of China's key forestry programs is related to China economy and social sustainable development and out-carried strategies of the western development. And it will play an important role in promoting domestic demands, rural industrial structure adjustment and increasing farmer's Incomes. Learning from theories and methods of Post-evaluation, the research get the range and calculation method of Social and Economic Benefits Evaluation of Beijing-Tianjin Sand Storm Source Control project and establish the evaluation index system.Based on analysis and demands, the model of JSP, JavaBean and JDBC, tomcat application server and oracle 9i database server, Eclipse development environment, the research develop Beijing-Tianjin Sand Storm Source Control Evaluation System based on B/S model. We can evaluate social and economic benefits of the project by using the evaluation system and propose a rationalization of suggestions and strategy.
