| In recent years,steel prices have been greatly affected by the market and fluctuate frequently.Company M’s steel spot trade sales business has a low level of informatization and cannot respond to market changes in a timely manner.Its sales coordination is poor,staff work efficiency is low,labor costs are high,and customer service quality is not high,which seriously affected the company’s market.Competitiveness increases the company’s operating risks.Therefore,through the development of the information management system,this paper improves the informatization level of the company’s steel sales business and strengthens the management of the company’s spot trade sales business,so as to improve the company’s management level.This paper analyzes the needs and problems of the company’s steel spot trade sales business,uses information technology methods,and implements a steel spot trade sales management system based on the B/S architecture model.Continuously optimize and improve system functions.In the whole process of system development,the introduction of project risk management not only effectively reduces the risk of project development,but also standardizes the company’s business management process.Through project quality management,it not only ensures that the system functions meet customer requirements,but also establishes project configuration documents,so that the project can be implemented smoothly.This paper mainly analyzes and researches from the following four aspects: First,it expounds the background and significance of the development of the spot trade sales system of M company,and determines the research method and main content suitable for this subject.Secondly,carry out risk management work such as WBS work task decomposition,risk identification,risk assessment and risk response for the project,and complete project quality planning,quality control and other quality management work according to quality management standards.Thirdly,determine the system and design goals,design the level and function structure of the system,and carry out conceptual structure design,logic structure design and database table design according to demand analysis.Finally,implement and system test each module of the system,through functional test and performance test,check whether the system can meet the business needs and operational requirements of steel spot trade sales.The steel spot trade sales management system designed and implemented by the thesis realizes the informatization of the steel spot trade sales business.The automatic transmission of data from each system module can help business personnel reduce manual entry and review and improve work efficiency.Invoice review and issuance under the Internet mode not only improves the efficiency of invoice issuance,but also reduces labor costs.Self-service inquiry of customer funds and regular push of product prices have effectively improved the quality of customer service.Through the analysis and research on the steel spot trade sales business of M company,it provides a reference for other companies of the same type to formulate sales business process plans. |
