Research On Rural Green Consumption Under The Background Of Ecological Civilization Construction

Adhering to the harmonious coexistence between man and nature and building ecological civilization is the millennium plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.Consumption is not only a kind of behavior of human survival and development,but also a way of human production and life.Consumption behavior is not only closely related to social development,but also closely related to the construction of ecological civilization.The change of human civilization is reflected in the change of production and life style.Promoting green consumption is an important measure to build ecological civilization.Therefore,in order to build ecological civilization,we must promote green consumption,form a green production and life style,and give full play to the role of green consumption in promoting the construction of ecological civilization.The construction of ecological civilization of the Chinese nation cannot lack the important part of rural ecological civilization construction.Rural ecological civilization construction can promote the construction of ecological civilization of the whole Chinese nation.We must grasp the important aspect of rural ecological civilization construction and promote the construction of rural ecological civilization through the development of rural green consumption.However,there are still some non green consumption problems in rural areas,which violates the value pursuit of harmonious development between man and nature under the background of ecological civilization construction,and causes serious rural environmental pollution,which is not conducive to the construction of rural ecological civilization.In this regard,facing the current situation of non green consumption in rural areas,which ignores the pursuit of health,resource conservation and environmental protection,we should find out the causes,improve the current situation of rural green consumption,improve the level of rural green consumption,and promote the construction of rural ecological civilization.This study,through the method of literature review and field investigation,according to the construction of ecological civilization as the background,with marxist consumption theory,development idea and Xi Jinping green ecological civilization thought as the theoretical basis,analyze the basic connotation of ecological civilization construction and green consumption in rural areas,and clarify the ecological civilization construction and the logic of rural green consumption,To explore the correlation between consumption concept,consumption ability,consumption supporting support and rural green consumption,construct the analysis framework of rural green consumption under the background of ecological civilization construction,and put forward suggestions conducive to the development of rural green consumption according to the research results.First of all,the background and connotation of ecological civilization construction and rural green consumption are reviewed and elaborated as a whole,the practical significance of ecological civilization construction and rural green consumption is understood,and the relationship between ecological civilization construction and rural green consumption is obtained.First,ecological civilization is the leading concept of rural green consumption;Second,rural green consumption is the realistic path of ecological civilization construction.Secondly,the historical evolution of rural green consumption under the background of ecological civilization construction is summarized through literature review.The evolution process can be divided into four stages: first,the initial embryonic stage of rural green consumption;Second,the formal proposal stage of rural green consumption;Third,the steady progress stage of rural green consumption;Fourth,the all-round development stage of rural green consumption.Furthermore,according to the analysis framework of rural green consumption under the background of ecological civilization construction,six representative villages in Hubei Province are selected as the research objects,and questionnaire surveys and case interviews are conducted respectively to analyze the current situation of rural green consumption under the background of ecological civilization construction.The specific performance is as follows: pay attention to individual health pursuit,and the healthy consumption orientation is single;Saving resources in daily life and excessive consumption in special time;Response to mainstream environmental protection initiatives,lack of long-term conscious implementation.It also explores the correlation between the three influencing factors of consumption concept,consumption ability and consumption supporting support and rural green consumption,and concludes that consumption concept is the internal influencing factor of rural green consumption,consumption ability is the basic influencing factor of rural green consumption,and consumption supporting support is an important influencing factor of rural green consumption.Finally,according to the data analysis results,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of green consumption in rural areas.First,strengthen the farmers’ concept of green consumption;Second,improve farmers’ green consumption ability;Third,improve supporting facilities for green consumption in rural areas.
