Research On Fire Risk Assessment And Control Countremeasures Of Public Gathering Places In Harbin

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in his report to the 19 th National Congress that as China’s market economy continues to grow,the main issue in the current social development stage in China is the contradiction between the people’s ever-growing demand for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate developing market.Public gathering places play an important role in the multilevel and multifaceted needs of society,and become one of the important means to solve new major contradictions.Such places have the characteristics of high density of personnel,high mobility,complex internal space,and many combustible and combustible materials.Once a fire breaks out,it is very likely to develop into a serious accident involving deaths and injuries.In recent years,with the joint efforts of relevant government functional departments and different sectors of society,the fire situation has declined steadily.However,major fire accidents in public gathering places in Harbin have repeatedly occurred,causing extremely serious losses and negative social impacts.This paper analyzes the fire situation and characteristics of public gathering places to show the high casualty rate of fire accidents and the severity of fire situation in public gathering places.Combining typical fire accident cases and the characteristics of comprehensive environmental factors in Harbin,the main causes of fire accidents in public gathering places in Harbin are analyzed.It is believed that the potential fire risk is the inducement of large losses caused by fire in public gathering places.In order to provide effective support for fire prevention and control in public gathering places in Harbin,and to effectively reduce the fire risk in public gathering places in Harbin,this paper uses analytic hierarchy process,trajectory intersection theory and hazard source theory to analyze the fire risk in public gathering places in Harbin.Establish mathematical models and fire risk safety checklists based on the assessment index system.Through the actual application results of the model and checklist,the current fire risk control countermeasures for public gathering places in Harbin are proposed.
