The Research On Fire Accident Analysis And Provention And Control Countermeasures At 'Village In The City'

At the present stage,'village in the city' is the unique product under the basic national conditions and is an inevitable phenomenon in the rapid development of modern cities in China.With the number of 'villages in the city' increasing,the fire hazard problems will follow.Due to the fire particularities,it is difficult to control after an accident,which seriously threatens people's lives and property.Through the investigation and analysis of typical accidents,the study makes a scientific evaluation of fire accidents at 'village in the city' and makes prevention and control countermeasures,in order to provide a theoretical basis for improving the system.The contents of this research are as follows:(1)The accident of Zhang Qi's self-built house happened at No.130 Wangjia Village,Qinglong Road,Yanta District,Xi'an,in January 23,2018.By analyzing the situation of burning building,the accident and investigation,the cause of the fire accident was determined.The study masters the typical causes of fire accidents at 'village in the city' and provides empirical analysis for fire prevention and control at 'village in the city'.(2)Through the analysis of the typical causes,the article finds the risk factors of fire accidents at 'village in the city'.Combined with the current status of institutions,'policies,fire prevention work,etc.,the study analyzes the root causes of fire accidents at 'village in the city' and provides a theoretical basis on following fire prevention and control countermeasures.(3)Combining the accident tree,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.And the risk assessment model of fire accidents at 'village in the city' is constructed from the four dimensions:safety management level,safety evacuation capability,prevention capability and extinguishing capability.The weight of each evaluation index is calculated,and the method is used to verify the reliability of risk assessment,which lays the foundation for improving the fire safety management level of the 'village in the city'.(4)Through the analysis of factors at 'village in the city',a fire risk assessment model system is established.Based on relevant national regulations and basic requirements for fire protection work,countermeasures are proposed for prevention and control for 'village in the city'.In order to improve prevention and control system,the study provides a solid theoretical foundation and promotes the development of fire prevention and control theory and technology at 'village in the city'.
