The Problems And Countermeasures Of Health Supervision In Public Places Of Nantong City

Health problems in public places have been widely concerned by the public.Their situation not only affects the improvement of national economy and social harmony and stability,but also directly affects the image of the city and people’s basic health.Nantong City,as one of the important cities in Jiangsu Province,has always attached great importance to the establishment of "hygienic city" and "civilized city".As an important index for the re-evaluation of the hygienic situation of public places,the importance of the supervision and management function construction of its supervisory body is more prominent.However,in the past decades,although Nantong’s economy has developed rapidly,the health industry has not been able to keep pace with the economic development.Especially,the construction of health supervision system and personnel has gradually lagged behind the economic development.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of health supervision capacity in order to improve the supervision of public places.The author chooses Nantong’s supervision of public places as the research object.Firstly,the background and significance of the research are analyzed,and the research status at home and abroad is briefly summarized.Next,it clarifies the relevant theories of public places health supervision and management,and discusses the policy basis and the necessity of implementing health supervision.Then it summarizes the current situation of health supervision in Nantong City,and generally affirms the health status of public places in Nantong City.However,dialectically speaking,there are still some problems in public place health supervision in Nantong.Internally,the construction of law enforcement team,the way of administrative law enforcement and the ability of law enforcement need to be improved.Externally,the weak legal consciousness of public place operators and the insufficient support of the public to the law enforcement of public places are the current experiences in the process of public place health supervision in Nantong.The main causes of these problems are the insufficient and mixed health supervisors in Nantong,the low comprehensive quality of grass-rootshealth supervisors,the lagging legislation of health regulations and standards,the inadequate mobilization and propaganda of the masses,etc.In view of these problems,the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures based on his own experience,aiming to further improve the health supervision system of public places in Nantong,to provide assistance for the healthy development of public places in Nantong,to provide some useful reference for health supervision in other counties and cities,it also contributes to the advance of public health supervision theory in China.
