At present, the global Newcastle Pneumonia,African swine fever and other major epidemics are emerging, and the biosecurity of national gates under the Newcastle Pneumonia epidemic is facing serious challenges. In the face of the increasingly severe global epidemic, epidemic prevention and control is a double test of the international community’s ability to govern domestically and participate in global governance in sovereign countries. In view of the current large flow of people through China’s ports, and the current characteristics of a large number of newly crowned people imported from abroad,as well as the lack of a systematic system for the classification and evaluation of disaster-causing factors at ports, and the increasing difficulty of monitoring and early warning and disposal of disaster incidents at ports. This paper selects the scenario of immigration and customs inspection of crowded places and uses a combination of theoretical analysis,e xperiments and simulations to establish a biosecurity risk index system for crowded places and a biosecurity risk evaluation model for crowded places. The model is not only able to assess the risk of customs crowded places, but also provides theoretical guidance and technical support for the monitoring and early warning of disaster-causing factors and risk prevention and control at ports,so as to reduce the incidence of biosecurity accidents. The main research work of this paper is as follows.(1)Based on the analysis of the basic concepts related to crowded places, biosafety and index evaluation, the biosafety risk index for crowded places is proposed and defined;further based on the basic principles of index selection and the results of questionnaire and simulation, the initial indicators are obtained through a combination of four methods: literature analysis method, questionnaire survey method, simulation method and expert discussion method, and a total of 61 A total of 61 initial indicators were obtain ed.(2)The data were screened and processed according to the index screening principles, and the qualitative indicators were quantified and standardized;the indicators were classified, screened and optimally grouped by the method of principal component analysis and systematic cluster analysis, and finally the biosafety risk index system was constructed.(3)To determine the weight of the indicators by combining the subjective and objective weighting methods, the method of determining the weight of the indicators by combining the method of superior order diagram and the method of entropy value is proposed, and the combination weights of the indicators at all levels are calculated by combining the weights. The linear weighting method was used to finally establish the evaluation model of biosafety risk index for crowded places.(4)The customs sample is selected for evaluation, and the grading of biosafety level of crowded places, risk grading, classification of early warning areas and the supervision and recommendation of the corresponding level of sampling are proposed, and corresponding measures are suggested for customs and other departments based on the grading and classification results.
