It is the starting point and foothold of clothing,and obtaining human body data is the primary work of clothing drawing.China is a country with vast territory and large population,and human body shapes vary widely in different regions.Body type classification has become a hot topic in the field of clothing research.Currently,the research on the body type classification of young female in Jiaodong area is relatively lacking.In view of this situation,this paper takes female college students aged 18-25 years who are born in Jiaodong area as the research object,puts forward a more accurate body type classification method,and analyzes the structure of fitted female blouses.The whole experiment was based on SPSS statistical analysis software,Richpeace CAD system and CLO 3-D dressing system.The experiment did research from two aspects of human body and clothing,including descriptive analysis,local feature proportion analysis,correlation analysis and comparative analysis of body type of young female in Jiaodong area and young female in East China,then summarized the body type characteristics of young female in Jiaodong area.A virtual mannequin was established,and the virtual fitting and structure of women’s blouse were studied according to the results of statistical analysis.This experiment investigates and measures the body size of different parts of young female in Jiaodong area,established the corresponding data set,used SPSS statistical analysis software to screen and investigate the abnormal data,analyzed the distribution trend of the data set,and made an in-depth analysis according to the previous test results.It was involved correlation analysis and cluster analysis,and finally obtained the correlation degree among the sample measurement items.The classification method of "overall morphological feature + lateral morphological index + size feature" was put forward.Six characteristic indexes were selected,and the young female population in Jiaodong area was divided into 5 categories by K-means clustering method.The body type characteristics of young female in Jiaodong area were analyzed and summarized.Through the above analysis,the body type characteristics of young female in Jiaodong area and the main dimensions data of intermediate control parts were determined,and the human body model of young female in Jiaodong area was established.Through the dressing effect of the young female model in Jiaodong area wearing young female’s blouses in East China,the dress disadvantages and structure correction methods of young female in Jiaodong area were observed and summarized.The modified piece of clothing was tested in the CLO 3-D interface.Finally,the fit blouse which accords with the body type of young female in Jiaodong area was obtained according to the fitting effect.
