In today's society,consumers are increasingly demanding for the fit and individuality of clothing.Scientific and reasonable body classification and garment prototype are the keys to improve the fit of clothing.Based on this,three-dimensional body measurement system is used to measure the body shape of 18-25 year-old female university students in Tianjin.After the preprocessing of the special data test and normality test,the basic statistics are analysed and then get out of a general understanding of the body shape characteristics and make a simple comparison with the national standard.female body shape.Then do the regression analysis and factor analysis on various parts of the body,and get out of the correlation between the various parts of the body through regression analysis,paving the way for the next factor analysis.Through factor analysis,the five main components of the female body shape are got out,based on the result of factor analysis,the characteristic indexes of female body are extracted according to the maximum correlation index,and get the difference between bust and waist size,the difference between waist size and bust,the ratio of height to waist size totally three derived variables.According to the derived variables,cluster analysis is used to divide the female body and the body are divided into lean body,standard body and fat body.The classification of body shape is more scientific and perfect than the previous classification due to the comprehensive consideration of various indicators.Through regression analysis,the relationship between each control part and the bust or height is obtained,and the clothing type series of the group is initially established.Finally,according to the clothing structure principle and ergonomics,reference to the cultural prototype,the three experimental prototypes are built and compared with cultural prototype.Simulating and comparing the three-dimensional fitting effect of the experimental prototype and cultural prototype with software of Marvelous Designer,and finally the experimental prototype dressed more fit.The scientific division of body type of such groups in Tianjin and the establishment of experimental prototypes provide the theoretical basis for realizing mass customization of enterprises and improving the fit of garments.
