Study On The Failure Of Safety Supervision Case Of Hazardous Chemicals In Jinpu New Area

Safety is an essential underlying requirement for human needs.As China development enters a new stage,the people’s demand for safe development is becoming stronger and stronger,and their tolerance for various accidents is getting lower and lower.Our country has always attached great importance to production safety work.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to production safety work and put forward the two supremacy concepts of people first,life first,so that the people’s sense of gain,happiness and safety will be more fulfilled,more secure and more sustainable.General Secretary Xi Jinping has given important instructions on many occasions,emphasizing must always keep our nerves tight,and we must not be slack or sloppy at all,strictly implement safety production responsibilities,improve the safety supervision system,and focus on preventing and resolving major safety production risks.Dalian is huge city of hazardous chemicals.Hazardous chemicals carry nearly half of the city GDP.It is particularly important to do a good job in safe production in the field of hazardous chemicals.In this paper,through three typical production safety accidents in the field of hazardous chemicals(Failure cases of safety supervision of hazardous chemicals)in Jinpu District,the administrative area with the largest economic aggregate in Dalian,the problems in the safety supervision of hazardous chemicals in Jinpu New Area are exposed.Based on the theoretical basis of management such as capture and control costs,through literature analysis,case analysis and structural interviews,from the perspective of the government safety production supervision of hazardous chemical production and operation units,in-depth search for problems in the safety supervision of hazardous chemicals,analyze the reasons behind the problem,and put forward the rationalized countermeasures and suggestions for the Jinpu New Area government to do a good job in the safety production supervision of hazardous chemical enterprises,help to improve the overall safety production supervision level of the new area,and improve the city safe development.
