With the high-density development of cities,the focus of urban construction in China has shifted to “stock renewal” to improve the quality of life of residents.Among them,the improvement of residential quality is an essential link to the improvement of residents’ quality of life.With the implementation of relevant policies,the construction of block-based residential areas has become the development direction of residential areas.Compared with traditional residential areas,due to the increase of road network density,the distance between residential buildings and roads decreases,and the noise of courtyard space increases.At the same time,residents’ travel patterns change,and street space becomes increasingly important and is deeply disturbed by traffic noise.In this study,we selected Dalian’s block-type residential areas,and investigated the acoustic environment of courtyard space and street space,and got the main factors that affected the acoustic environment evaluation of the two spaces.Using the research methods of noise simulation and listening playback,we constructed the acoustic environment prediction and evaluation model,and put forward the optimization strategies for courtyard space and street space respectively.In this study,the representative block-type residential areas were selected,and the subjective questionnaire survey on acoustic environment evaluation was conducted in courtyard space and street space,and acoustic samples were collected.Based on the analysis of 117 questionnaires,it is found that traffic noise is the main noise source in block-based residential areas;The form of residential boundary space is the main factor affecting the evaluation of the acoustic environment of courtyard space,and changing the form of courtyard boundary space is an effective physical noise reduction measure.The perception of human sound source is the main factor affecting the evaluation of street space acoustic environment,and improving the perception of street space acoustic scene is an effective acoustic scene optimization measure.For courtyard space,on the basis of existing research,this paper mainly focuses on the boundary space vertical to high-rise residential buildings,and studies the noise reduction effectiveness of different boundary space forms.The shape factors of boundary space(height of boundary building,line sticking rate,roof slope ratio)are selected.Based on the noise simulation software,the shape factors are changed to make multi-scene comparison under a single variable.Based on the control effect of traffic noise on the facade of high-rise residential buildings,the prediction model of boundary space shape on sound pressure level is constructed.The conclusions are as follows: When the height of boundary building is 12 m,the noise reduction effect of residential building facade is the best;In order to realize the noise control of the residential building facade at the continuous street interface,the line sticking rate should be at least 75%.If the noise reduction effect is improved by designing a sloping roof,the best slope ratio is i=1:2.For the street space,the street space near the main road and the branch road was selected to record the sound segments respectively,and then,under three signal-to-noise ratios,the conversation footsteps reflecting social activities and the shop broadcast sound reflecting commercial activities were superimposed,and a total of 14(2+2 ×2×3)sound segments were obtained.Based on the sound playback technology,the laboratory listening evaluation was carried out,and 420(14×30)questionnaires obtained from the experiment were analyzed to explore the influence of different street types and different active sounds on the soundscape evaluation.The conclusions are as follows: The street with public activities on the main road has the best sound environment comfort when the active sound is 5d BA lower than the sound pressure level of traffic noise;In the street where the main road is dominated by commercial activities,the sound environment comfort is the best when the sound pressure level of the activity sound is equal to that of the traffic noise.The sound of activities will not affect the comfort of the acoustic environment in the street where the branch road is dominated by public activities.When the sound pressure level of traffic noise is 5d BA higher than that of traffic noise,the comfort of sound environment is the best in the street with commercial activities on the branch road.This study can provide a theoretical basis for improving the acoustic environment quality of courtyard space and street space in block-based residential areas,and guide the planning and design of block-based residential areas,thus contributing to the improvement of residential...
