Our country is in the high stage of urbanization development,the intensity of urban development is increasing gradually.High-intensity residential areas often lead to unfavorable urban ventilation,while the development of urban industrialization and the increase of urban traffic flow will also lead to more serious urban air pollution,affect the quality of life of residents.In order to take into account the wind environment and air pollution diffusion phenomenon,this paper puts forward the concept of "wind-pollution environment",and research the typical residential areas in Tianjin from this concept.Tianjin Binhai New Area because of its "seasonal change of pollutants,traffic flow density,pollutant concentration" the characteristics of the air pollution degree is more obvious than other regions,so this paper to enhance the living environment of the existing residential areas,selected Tanggu High-speed railway station pre-station residential area in the Binhai New area as the main research object,the use of CFD simulation research Methods,and clarify the relationship between architectural layout and morphological factors whit the block wind environment and air pollution diffusion.This paper consists of four parts,the first part is to summarize domestic and foreign research on wind environment and air pollution diffusion theory,and summarize the influence factors of block shape on wind environment and the distribution law of air pollutants in the block.The second part summarizes the domestic and foreign laws and regulations on wind environment and air pollution prevention and control,this paper is to co-ordinate the relationship between wind environment and air pollution diffusion,and establish the evaluation standard of ventilation and pollution prevention and control.The third part is using CFD software to simulate the wind environment and PM2.5 diffusion phenomena in the typical residential area of Tanggu,and study the influence of various spatial forms on the ventilation and pollution diffusion in the target block.Based on the evaluation standard of the residential area ventilation and air pollution diffusion,this paper simulates and analyzes the architectural layout and the form factor of the typical residential area in Tanggu,and establishes the optimal architectural layout and form factor of the "wind-pollution environment" in Tanggu typical residential area.In theforth part,based on the above simulation analysis,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of "wind-pollution environment" from the three aspects of "the block overall level-group design level-architectural level",and makes an empirical study on the optimization design of "wind-pollution environment" in the block scale.This paper comprehensively considers the phenomenon of neighborhood wind environment and air pollution diffusion,and takes this as a perspective to study the space form of the block,proposes the optimization strategy and improves the street space layout.This study helps to improve the overall living environment of residential neighbourhoods and contributes to the promotion of "wind-polluted environment" in Tianjin residential area and the sustainable development of urban health.
