With the continuous influx of people and the shortage of land,high-rise residential areas are still the mainstream of future urban housing construction.As one of the important physical environments that residents can directly perceive,the acoustic environment is an important indicator for evaluating the environmental quality of high-rise residential areas,and the traffic noise problem is the dominant factor affecting the comfort of the acoustic environment.This paper takes the high-rise residential area of Changsha as the research object,and takes traffic noise as the research entry point to reduce the traffic noise in the high-rise residential area and improve its acoustic environment for research purposes.Through the research methods such as theoretical combing,field measurement,basic research and computer software simulation analysis,the influencing factors and noise reduction design strategies of traffic noise in high-rise residential areas are discussed.The paper selected two representative high-rise residential areas in Changsha for on-site noise measurement.Through the collation and analysis of noise measurement data,the basic laws and characteristics of traffic noise propagation in high-rise residential areas in Changsha City were mastered;38 articles in Changsha City Traffic survey and statistics of different grades of roads,and through the data processing,obtained the traffic flow of all grades that can represent the overall level of Changsha City;Conducted basic research on 38 traffic roads and 50 high-rise residential areas in Changsha,and carried out information from the dimensions of road noise,traffic flow,land use,floor area ratio,building level,plane type,and external road traffic related to traffic noise.According to the statistics and overall evaluation,the typical characteristics of the high-rise residential areas in Changsha City were obtained,and the basic model of the high-rise residential area in Changsha was constructed.Using the basic model as the basic parameters,CADNA/a professional acoustic software was used to carry out multi-group simulation studies from the general layout layout,residential flat floor type,building height,community supporting buildings,etc.,and color visualization and data of each group of simulation results.Quantitative comparative analysis has obtained a number of main factors affecting the change of traffic noise in high-rise residential areas and their influence laws.At the end of the paper,the specific noise reduction design strategies and optimization approaches are proposed from four levels: planning layout,architectural design,green landscape and road sound source.(1)At the planning and layout level,it is possible to optimize and adjust from the two aspects of residential layout and supporting architectural layout,change the orientation of the unilateral or bilateral residential layout,and reduce the opening spacing of the supporting buildings,which can effectively improve the quiet area inside the residential area.Area,reducing the area of high noise and low noise areas;(2)At the architectural design level,it is possible to optimize and adjust from two aspects of residential building and facade components.For the middle part of the slab house,the “nose” is stretched forward,and the azimuth angle of the deflected house end can directly reduce the noise of the outdoor fa?ade by 2-6 decibels.In the aspect of the fa?ade component,the acoustic environment of the partial hull of the building can be effectively improved by optimizing the design of the side fa?ade exterior wall and the fa?ade balcony;(3)At the level of landscape greening,it is possible to improve the overall acoustic environment of the residential area through two aspects: planting design optimization and soundscape construction;(3)At the level of landscape greening,it is possible to improve the overall acoustic environment of the residential area through two aspects: planting design optimization and soundscape construction;At present,there is no systematic research on traffic noise of high-rise residential areas in Changsha.In this paper,based on the actual situation of Changsha City,a large number of data processing and simulation analysis have been carried out.It brings practical reference value to urban builders and designers who pay attention to improving sound environment.
