Evaluation Of Ecological Control Effect In Tieling Section Of Liaohe River

River is an essential element for urban survival and development,and is recognized as one of the most valuable resources in the world.With the rapid development of economy,the problem of river pollution has become a difficult problem in building a beautiful home,and the problems related to river governance have been paid more and more attention by the state.In order to solve the problem of river pollution,ecological treatment projects have been carried out throughout the country.Post evaluation has become an important way to test the effect of river governance.Through the post evaluation,we can not only clearly know the effect of river ecological governance,but also summarize the shortcomings of this governance through the evaluation results,so as to provide reference for the later related governance work,so as to make the river develop better.In this paper,the ecological management project of Tie ling Section of Liao he River is selected as the evaluation object,and the post evaluation study of Tie ling Section of Liao he River is carried out.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,from the three aspects of river water quality,habitat on both sides of the river and local social and economic benefits,17 evaluation indicators are preliminarily selected,and the primary indicators are screened by principal component analysis,so as to establish the evaluation index system after ecological governance.Then the combination weighting method and information entropy method are selected to assign the weight of each index,and the post evaluation of the ecological governance effect of Tie ling Section of Liao he River is carried out by combining the comprehensive index method and the progress evaluation method respectively.The results show that the two evaluation methods have good consistency.The evaluation results of each section point in 2015 from good to bad are: Fu de dian section point,Tong jiang kou section point,Shuang an qiao section point,Cai niu section point and Pan River section point;The overall evaluation of ecological governance effect is "general".The evaluation results of each section point in 2020 are Fu de dian section point,Cai niu section point,Pan River section point,Tong jiang kou section point and shuang an qiao section point in order from good to bad;The overall evaluation of ecological governance effect is "good".Among them,the evaluation result of ecological governance effect of Fu de dian section point in 2020 is "excellent",and the ecological governance effect of the five section points is the best.The evaluation results of the five cross-sections have improved in terms of river water quality.The improved cross-sections in terms of riparian habitat account for 30% of the total evaluation cross-sections,and the improved cross-sections in terms of social benefits account for 80% of the total evaluation cross-sections.According to the evaluation results of ecological treatment effect in Tie ling Section of Liao he River,it is concluded that the overall development of Tie ling Section of Liao he River is "good",and the ecological treatment effect is good.
