Study On Government Supervision Of Atmospheric Environmental Protection In Shanxi Province

In the past,large-scale haze weather broke out across the country.The importance and urgency of atmospheric environmental protection became particularly prominent.A nationwide battle to defend the blue sky began.As a national energy base,with the development of high-pollution and high-emission industries such as coal,electricity,and steel,the atmospheric environment of Shanxi Province is facing severe challenges.A series of measures,such as the province’s ambient air quality has been significantly improved.However,compared with neighboring provinces and the rest of the country,Shanxi still ranks low in air quality,which shows that the government still has many improvements in the regulation of atmospheric environmental protection.In view of this,this paper will closely focus on the actual situation of atmospheric environmental protection with the characteristics of economic and social development in Shanxi at this stage,and combine the theoretical knowledge of public management to analyze and study the current situation of government supervision of atmospheric environmental protection in Shanxi at this stage.From the perspective of dilemma,it tries to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the effective supervision of atmospheric environmental protection in Shanxi Province.The research contents are as follows:First,expound and explain the purpose and significance of this research,and sorting,to understand in detail the characteristics of the government’s supervision of atmospheric environmental protection,as well as my country’s current development,research status,And the external atmospheric environment.Protect the status quo of government regulation.Second,starting from concepts and theoretical foundations,The ecological environment is expounded,atmospheric environment,and government supervision,as well as theoretical foundations such as public goods theory,responsible government theory,urban environmental governance theory,and game theory.Research provides policy and theoretical support.Third,analyze the current situation of government supervision of atmospheric environment in Shanxi Province.On the basis of introducing the current state of government supervision of atmospheric environmental protection in the country and other provinces and cities,it will deeply analyze the basic situation of Shanxi atmospheric environment and the current situation of government supervision.Fourth,using the questionnaire survey method to fully analyze the four aspects of the "three high" project review mechanism,emission reduction policy target assessment,environmental regulation and environmental protection infrastructure in Shanxi Province’s atmospheric environmental protection government supervision,and analyze the problems.Cause analysis.Finally,specific countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening government supervision are put forward from four aspects:consolidating and strengthening the concept of atmospheric environmental protection,enriching and improving the content system of regional government supervision,improving the comprehensive ability of regional government supervision,and guiding the public to participate in supervision.This study hopes to provide some reference and reference for promoting atmospheric environmental protection in Shanxi Province.
