The farmland soil in China is increasingly polluted by heavy metals,of which Cd pollution is the most prominent,and Dictyophora rubra is easy to enrich Cd.In order to explore the effects of resistance and control materials on the cadmium enrichment characteristics and quality of Dictyophora rubra in cadmium polluted soil,a pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of adding(0 g/L、2 g/L、4 g/L、8 g/L、16 g/L、32 g/L、64 g/L)calcium sulfate and magnesium sulfate to the bacterial bag on the accumulation of Cd and quality of Dictyophora rubra,Effects of adding(0%、0.5%、1%、3%、5%)silicon calcium potassium magnesium fertilizer to soil on soil p H value,Cd passivation effect,Cd accumulation and quality of Dictyophora rubra.The main results are as follows:(1)The yield of Dictyophora hongtuoensis could be increased by 0.37% ~27.87% by three kinds of resistance and control materials.After the single application of resistance and control materials,the yield of calcium sulfate(32 g/L),magnesium sulfate(64 g/L)and silicon calcium potassium magnesium fertilizer(5%)increased by 16.04%、27.87% and 8.22% respectively;Comprehensive analysis showed that the addition of calcium sulfate with a concentration of 16g/L greatly improved the agronomic properties of Dictyophora rubra,mainly including the length and thickness of stipe,which increased by 8.20% and 26.67% respectively compared with CK group.(2)After applying different concentrations of calcium sulfate,magnesium sulfate and silicon calcium potassium magnesium fertilizer,the order of Cd content in different parts of Dictyophora rubra was bacteria > cap > bacteria,and the Cd content in each part of Dictyophora rubra showed a downward trend,in which the decline range of bacteria was 4.27% ~ 34.20%;The decline range of cap was 9.68% ~25.94%;The decline range of bacterial tray was 3.40% ~ 40.84%.The effect of adding calcium sulfate with the concentration of 64 g/L to reduce Cd was the best,which was 34.20% lower than that of the control.Calcium sulfate,magnesium sulfate,silicon calcium potassium magnesium fertilizer can effectively reduce the enrichment coefficient of mycelium,bacterial tray and cap of Dictyophora rubescens,among which the application of 64 g/L magnesium sulfate has a better effect on reducing the enrichment coefficient of bacterial tray,which is 28.43%;The enrichment coefficients of bacteria and cap were better reduced by applying 64 g/L calcium sulfate,which were 38.12% and 44.70% respectively.(3)With the grow of the concentration of silicon calcium potassium magnesium fertilizer,the soil p H revealed an upward trend,increased by 0.47~1.21 units compared with the control,and the content of available Cd in the soil showed a downward trend,with a decrease range of 0.95%~43.92%.5% silicon calcium potassium magnesium fertilizer had a good passivation effect on Soil Cd,with a decrease of 43.92%.The contents of carbonate bound Cd and exchangeable Cd in soil were reduced by four concentrations of silicon calcium potassium magnesium fertilizer.The addition of silicon calcium potassium magnesium fertilizer with concentration of 5% decreased the two forms of Cd most significantly,reducing33.18% and 54.15% respectively.(4)The total sugar content of Dictyophora rubra can be increased by the three kinds of inhibition and control materials,and the best effect is to add calcium sulfate with the concentration of 64g/L,with the content of 519.25mg/g;The three kinds of resistance and control materials decreased the content of crude protein and crude fiber by 0.04% ~ 16.28% and 3.57% ~ 17.80% respectively.The effect of adding 1%silicon calcium potassium magnesium fertilizer on the increase of Ca content was the best,with an increase of 182.6%.The effect of adding 8 g/L magnesium sulfate on the increase of Mg content was the best,with an increase of 5.65%;In conclusion,the application of an appropriate amount of calcium sulfate,magnesium sulfate and silicon calcium potassium magnesium fertilizer in the planting of Dictyophora rubra can reduce the content of cadmium in various parts of Dictyophora rubra and improve the quality of Dictyophora rubra cells,and silicon calcium potassium magnesium fertilizer can increase the p H value of soil and the content of available Cd in soil. |
