This article takes the national important economic crops, riarrhena lutarioriparia L.L iu, in our country as the research object, which was planted in Quaternary developmental red and yellow soil containing Pb in600mg/kg, to study the inffluences of aeration irrigation impacting on riarrhena lutarioriparia L.L iu absorbing to Pb under soil polluted by Pb. The main research results as follow:Pb(NO3)2was used as Pb resource, two kind of different aeration irrigation disposes had been done, chemical aeration irrigation and mechanical aeration irrigation. Each aeration irrigation disposes had been done separately douring riarrhena lutarioriparia L.L iu’s before tillering stage, tillering stage and after tillering stage, there are7disposes in total, each dispose repeated three times,12plant of riarrhena lutarioriparia L.L iu in every repeated dispose. Chemical aeration irrigation was adding100ml0.03%hydrogen peroxide into water to achieve the target of increasing oxygen, because the hydrogen peroxides and releases the oxygen slowly, chemical aeration irrigation had been done once a week。 The mechanical aeration irrigation took air pressure pump to increase oxygen, which had been taken5mintinues every day’ afternoon at half past five。1, Compared with the contrast dispose group, the chemical and mechanical aeration irrigation both promoted the riarrhena lutarioriparia L.L iu’s absorption of Pb from the soil。 Increseasing the oxygen content of soil, which was benefit to the riarrhena lutarioriparia L.L iu’s absorption of Pb from the soil, the effecs of mechanical aeration irrigation was better than that of chemical aeration irrigation; the effects of aeration irrigation after tillering stage was better than that of tillering stage and before tillering stage; the riarrhena lutarioriparia L.L iu’s absorption of Pb from the soil was stored mainly in root, then in leaf, the Pb storage of stem was the least。2, No matter which way of aeration irrigation and age of aeration irrigation, compared with the contrast dispose group, the increament of riarrhena lutarioriparia L.L iu’s leaf area, plant height, ratio of root-shoot was slow, the higher content of Pb, the lowest increasing’s rate of the riarrhena lutarioriparia L.L iu’s overground parts。 Different age of aeration irrigation had different effects on the stem, the stem’s increament of aeration irrigation after tillering stage was the biggest, as the same time, the riarrhena lutarioriparia L.L iu’s ability of lodging-resistant was the strongest。 Compared to the constrast dispose group, aeration irrigation was more advantageous in the the riarrhena lutarioriparia L.L iu’s growth of root, aeration irrigation before tillering stage was more advantageous in the the riarrhena lutarioriparia L.L iu’s growth of root。 The two kind ways of aeration irrigation had the same effects on the the riarrhena lutarioriparia L.L iu’s the ratio of root-shoot。Aeration irrigation was benefit to the riarrhena lutarioriparia L.L iu’s absorption of Pb from the soil, the effecs of mechanical aeration irrigation was better than that of chemical aeration irrigation, the effects of aeration irrigation after tillering stage was better than that of other stage。... |
