"By 2030,my country’s carbon emissions will reach a peak,and will gradually decline instead of rising;until 2060,all carbon dioxide emissions from various activities will be absorbed by tree planting and other carbon sequestration methods to achieve a balanced state." of carbon to peak carbon neutrality goals.In order to finally achieve this goal,my country has been making continuous efforts to move forward.In 2015,my country proposed to save energy and reduce emissions in all aspects,and proposed to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 60%-65% in 2030 compared with 2005;The emissions trading market officially started trading;in October 2021,the "Carbon Peaking Action Plan before 2030" was issued to inject a strong impetus to the post-epidemic green recovery and climate governance process through various industries and various means.Constantly strive to promote the green and low-carbon development of various industries.Agriculture becomes more special in carbon peaking and carbon neutralization because it has both carbon emission and carbon sink functions.Low-carbon agriculture can reduce carbon emissions and increase carbon sinks to achieve agro-ecological benefits and obtain more economic benefits.effect,in the context of double carbon,agricultural transformation is inevitable.Hubei Province is a large agricultural province,and the Hubei carbon trading market is a relatively mature carbon trading market in China.It is of great and far-reaching significance to study the development of low-carbon agriculture in Hubei Province under the background of dual carbon.In view of this,this paper mainly takes low-carbon agriculture in Hubei Province as the research object,and firstly analyzes the relationship between the dual-carbon background and low-carbon agriculture.Under the dual-carbon background,low-carbon agriculture has huge development opportunities.This paper briefly analyzes the risk and trend of carbon prices in the carbon trading market in Hubei Province,and then uses the planting agriculture in Hubei Province as a starting point to measure its carbon emissions and carbon sinks to explore the development space of low-carbon agriculture in Hubei Province.Combined with the above analysis,we will explore the development dilemma of low-carbon agriculture in Hubei Province and the three major opportunities for low-carbon agriculture under the dual-carbon background: carbon circular economy advantages,low-carbon ecological advantages,and carbon sink financial advantages;At this level,it proposes a low-carbon agricultural development strategy in Hubei Province under the background of dual carbon,in order to promote the development of agricultural modernization in Hubei Province.
