| Taking the traditional small wood tools in the Central Plains as the research object, from the perspective of design, using qualitative research and quantitative research methods, the traditional small wood tools in the Central Plains are collected and physically investigated, and combined with the classification methods of archaeology, the traditional small wood tools are divided into four categories according to their functions: unsheezing wood, flat wood, piercing carving and measurement orientation, and then longitudinally combing the development and evolution of traditional small wood tools in the Central Plains, and summarizing the development of traditional small wood tools in the Central Plains, which includes three major characteristics. That is,the demand to promote the specialization of tools, the transformation of tool materials under the guidance of technology, and the development of tool shapes are the improvement and extension of basic tools.Based on the basic theory of design, the classic cases of traditional small wood tools in the Central Plains are horizontally studied, including the frame saw in the woodworking tools, the flat planer in the flat wood tools, the pull drill in the piercing and carving tools, and the measurement and orientation. For the ink fountain in the tool, the ontology design is researched from four aspects: the structural design related to the function of the tool, the morphological design related to the visual form, the material selection related to the expression form of the appliance, and the operation mode related to people. On the basis of previous research, the design principles and methods contained in traditional small wooden tools are refined, that is,the dialectical relationship between structure and function, function first in form design, modular design concepts and emotional design methods, focusing on the expression and combination of materials themselves The design concept of new technology, the concept of human-machine safety and customization in the people-oriented concept of creation, etc.Combined with modern design, four innovative transformation paths for traditional small wooden tools are summarized, including the continuation of traditional structure and function design, dynamic mode and time, innovation of technology and materials, and expansion of application scope. Finally, through market research on traditional small wooden tools and analysis of future development trends, the positioning and ideas of design practice are clarified, and four key points in design practice are put forward. The final design results produce a set of micro-module tools, which are operated with digital mini-programs.,emphasizing the modernity and experience of the design. The analysis and innovative design of traditional small wooden tools in the Central Plains have built a bridge between traditional creations and modern design.Through design inheritance,it can not only protect the traditional creation culture, but also inject fresh vitality and bring the traditional culture to life.Integrate it into life, let people feel the traditional culture at any time, and touch the big tree of Chinese traditional culture in a little way. |
