The Application And Research Of Qiang Patterns In Modern Women’s Dresses

As an important part of the pattern of Chinese ethnic minorities,the Qiang pattern has a long history and ethnic characteristics.It is the product of the real life of the Qiang people and the symbol of the traditional culture of the Qiang people,and conveys the Qiang people’s yearning for nature and a better life.Through the interpretation of the relevant materials of Qiang patterns and the investigation of the current situation of modern ladies ’dress design,it is found that the embroidery patterns of ladies’ dresses are mostly composed of the patterns of Su,Shu and Miao ethnic groups.The little-known but highly artistic Qiang patterns have been ignored and forgotten.This paper analyzes the composition forms,color features and techniques,and puts forward the following points and methods for the design of the Qiang pattern elements in the modern lady dress: 1,the implantation and reconstruction of the modern lady dress;2,the combing and refinement of the modern lady dress.The use of Qiang patterns in modern women’s dresses can not only broaden the decorative materials of modern women’s dress patterns,provide reference and discussion for the design of peers,but also make the lost Qiang patterns inherit alive.
