Financial Analysis Of Bishuiyuan Enterprise Based On Harvard Analysis Framework

At present,China is vigorously promoting the construction of ecological civilization to deal with the increasingly serious problem of environmental pollution.Although environmental protection enterprises have welcomed many favorable policies,such as preferential tax policies,they have also been affected by the epidemic in the past two years,resulting in business problems.In order to help enterprises find business problems in a timely manner,we analyze the financial situation of enterprises,put forward reasonable suggestions,and help enterprises develop.Therefore,this paper takes Bishuiyuan,a well-known GEM listed company in the environmental protection industry,as the research object.Based on the Harvard analysis framework theory,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the financial situation of Bishuiyuan,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the future operation of the enterprise.At the strategic analysis level,the internal and external comparison and qualitative and quantitative methods are used to carry out the research,the PEST analysis method and SWOT analysis method are used to analyze the internal and external environment of the enterprise,and the analytic hierarchy process and SWOT analysis method are combined to make a quantitative analysis of the enterprise strategy;Accounting analysis is to extract key statement items from the main financial reports in the past five years,and analyze whether the accounting of Bishuiyuan enterprise is in line with the overall situation of industry development and whether it is reasonable and legal in combination with key accounting policies and estimates;The financial analysis is divided into two parts: horizontal comparison of the financial situation of four environmental protection enterprises in the industry and vertical comparison of the financial situation of Bishuiyuan in recent five years.From the results of strategic,accounting and financial analysis,analyze the prospects of the environmental protection industry and Bishuiyuan company,and analyze the future development trend of the industry and enterprises.Analyze and find out the financial problems of Bishui in the past development from four aspects,establish a risk early warning model for early warning,and put forward targeted suggestions for Bishuiyuan finance.This paper concludes that the enterprise is in a period of accelerated development,the external environment is conducive to the development of the enterprise,the strategy is based on the growth strategy mode,the product market share is high,and the overall sales situation shows an upward trend.Although in 2020,affected by the epidemic,the relevant indicators decreased significantly,but in general,the development prospect of Bishuiyuan water source is good,and the current challenges and threats can be flexibly dealt with by establishing a diversified development model.Finally,according to the relevant financial problems,this paper puts forward solutions to help the development of bishuiyuan and provide reference for other enterprises in the industry.
