At present,high-tech enterprises play an important role in promoting the economic development of our country.The development of high-tech industry is also an indispensable part of supporting the National Economic Development,and its rapid development also provides a huge impetus for the development of the whole society.An Enterprise’s development must have a series of overall analysis methods.Financial analysis is also an indispensable management model for enterprise development,and has been applied to many enterprises to implement the practice,become an important part of the business.The general financial analysis of the enterprise is to use the existing published financial data of the enterprise,to carry out a specific analysis of the combination of data and theory.Harvard Framework Analysis method is selected on the basis of financial analysis,but also the integration of non-financial factors for analysis,and this method is more suitable for the analysis of high-tech industry.This article uses the Harvard Analysis Frame,UNIFIES SDXC company’s actual situation,carries on the overall research analysis around its financial condition.The first aspect of the analysis framework is the strategic analysis,in which porter’s five forces analysis model is selected,this paper analyzes the threat of new enterprises,the threat of alternatives,the bargaining power of suppliers and buyers,and the competitive power of potential competitors.Then use SWOT analysis method,from the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises,the development opportunities and potential development threats of these four aspects of SDXC for a comprehensive analysis;Then,according to the proportion of accounting items in SDXC’s total assets and the characteristics of the enterprise’s own industry,we can identify the important accounting items of the enterprise,from the accounts receivable bad debt provision policy and aging division,fixed assets depreciation and r&d investment level of these aspects of accounting analysis;financial analysis of enterprises,firstly,we will conduct a horizontal comparative analysis and a vertical trend analysis from four aspects of the financial ability of SDXC,and then use the dupont analysis method and combine the related financial indicators of SDXC,systematic and comprehensive analysis of SDXC’s profit level,and make a judgment on the enterprise’s operating status.In the last part of the prospect analysis,the author firstly analyzes the whole prospect of the industry,and then puts forward some feasible suggestions for the future development of the enterprise.Through the analysis of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn: New materials have become the leading force in the development of modern high technology.In this respect,how to strengthen its own R&D ability and innovation ability is a problem that SDXC needs to face.In accounting,SDXC Company has a large number of credit impairment losses,and the depreciation policy of fixed assets needs to have certain matching and flexibility.In addition,SDXC has performed well in accounting information disclosure,but the disclosure of R&D expenses is somewhat inadequate.Financially,the first performance is that the solvency is good,but there is a big loss caused by the mistake of goodwill recognition,the overall profitability is relatively strong,and the sales revenue has a steady upward trend.With the transformation and upgrading of enterprises and the strong support of the state,although enterprises face both challenges and opportunities,the development prospects are very clear.In this paper,Harvard analysis framework is applied to the financial analysis of SDXC Company,which has certain reference significance for other enterprises of the same type.
