| Global warming has become a major issue that China and the whole world will be faced with.It affects the future survival of mankind.The effective means to solve this major problem is carbon neutralization.Carbon neutralization is a new development opportunity.However,the development of carbon neutralization technology is relatively immature in China.To realize carbon neutralization,we should mainly start from the two paths of reducing positive carbon emissions and increasing negative carbon emissions.China’s energy source is mainly fossil fuels at the moment.A great quantity of CO2emitted by burning these needs to be treated by developing emerging technologies.Among them,CCUS is supposed to be the most potential carbon reduction technology in future,and the attention of CCUS has also increased continuously in recent years.Taking the actual case of CCUS project of company a as an example,this paper identifies and classifies the possible risks in CCUS case by using literature analysis method,case analysis method and Delphi method,and identifies 6 types of first-class risks and 20 specific second-class risks in environmental health,social public,policy and market,investment and economy,technology and construction.Then,based on the identified risks,the risk evaluation index system of CCUS project is constructed,and the identified risks are assessed and studied by AHP.On the basis of the result,we found that the risk of capture and transportation cost is the risk with the greatest risk degree in this project.According to each risk of the project,we give some reasonable suggestions and provided an example of risk management for CCUS projects in the same industry in the future. |
