In this era of rapid development,at the same time, the income-generating capacity of enterprises is constantly improving. However, for some enterprises that rely on natural resources, especially the mining and chemical industries that require the most non-renewable resources in the production process, there is no It is inevitable to fall into a predicament, and the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. In order to increase the persistence of their existence in the enterprise group, these coal chemical enterprises are constantly looking for ways to establish and develop for a longer time, and equity incentives are just one of the effective mechanisms. However,in the period of economic development, the problem of lack of corporate social responsibility keeps emerging. The main reason for this situation is that many enterprises only focus on the improvement of the internal income of the enterprise in the course of operation, but turn a blind eye to the attitude of the stakeholders of the enterprise. In addition,in the process of re-operating enterprises, the visible cost is emphasized too much, and the potential cost is not concerned,so that the fulfillment of social respon sibility is neglected. However,we can also see through understanding that an enterprise that is willing to fulfill its social responsibilities can not only follow the national green development policies and policies, but also respond positively to the evaluations given by the outside world, helping the enterprise to establish a good reputation. The long-term operation of the company is also beneficial and harmless. From this point of view, the corporate social responsibility is completely more beneficial than harmful. In modern society,a mature corporate executive holds the management and decision-making power of the entire company.Whether the company can maintain a good operation for a long time also depends on their work results. However, the principal-agent problem also inevitably appears in corporate governance, however, the principal-agent problem inevitably exists in enterprise management, which also makes the executives of the company likely to put their own Equity trumps corporate profits.Equity incentives for executives can well alleviate this contradiction. In addition,if the enterprise actively undertakes its own social responsibilities, then the equity incentives for executives will encourage managers to pay more attention to the long-term development of the enterprise when making decisions, which can effectively solve the problem of inconsistent interests. Therefore,it has important theoretical and practical significance for the impact of executive equity incentives and social responsibility on corporate value.First of all, after reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature on equity incentives, social responsibility and corporate value, the author has sorted out the results of the discussion on the relationship between the three so far,and then conducted a literature review. After sorting out the results, put forward relevant assumptions about the variables, and selected the relevant data of the coal chemical industry from 2012 to 2020,using spss and excel and other software to carry out descriptive statistics and correlation analysis, and then based on the established model.Regression analysis test and robustness test, and finally draw the empirical conclusion: executive equity incentives and corporate value, social responsibility and corporate value are all positively correlated, and the moderating effect of social responsibility in the impact of equity incentives on corporate value is positive and positive.obviously.Finally,put forward countermeasures and suggestions based on the empirical research results, which is of great help to improve the value of Chinese enterprises.
